Lol. That was a good one snap... Made me laugh. 🙂
Me too.

In your opinion was replacing the east CPs a good thing?  I've never had any contact with them.

Good or bad they might want to go easy on a total clean out until they get to know some things with some assistance.

I'm pretty sure they cleaned house because they already know plenty. PHX remained untouched though.

Yarko gone? Did they name the new people?

They call all these positions "Director."  Is that new, like another level above the CPs who are already in place?  Somehow I can't imagine that a base the size of PHL or CLT will not still need the manager pilots already there.

That's awesome.  This is NOT an east/west thing.  In my opinion we have a great CP's office which reflects the CP, Ken himself.  Good news for the west, the company and those on the east, that will eventually move west.

I agree and the bad news is Pitt. I was pulling for them. I hope they take the jobs out West.

They're all CPs.

I'm not sure about that. I think this title "Director of Flight" isn't the same as Chief Pilot. But I'm not sure...

Just looking at the notification about the East changes...

It shows that Capt. J. Lowry is named as the Director of Flight - NY. It also says he is currently the Chief Pilot - NY. Seems like he moved up.

It also shows Capt. M. Cronin is named as Director of Flight - PHL. It also shows he is currently Director of Flight - NY. Which the guy above just took. So he is moving to PHL. But if he is currently Dir. of Flt in NY and Capt. Lowery is currently Chief Pilot in NY, seems these are two different positions... So NY had a Dir. of Flt. and a Chief Pilot...

Only if you ever wanted to even pretend to be a "pilot" and take up the flying wager. Otherwise, regardless of whatever "spartan" kinks you're affilicted with?...Not interested, and you've no worries sweetie pie. I'd suggest "you'se" would have much better luck trolling in your native "sparta". 😉

Have to agree with ALG,   looks like Dir. of Flight is a new position for us at US.    So CLT now has the CP going to dir. of flight,  and there will be a chief pilot underneath him.       Who will win?

Indeed and one must wonder why. Three obvious notions immediately come forward:

1) PHX isn't considered as much significant within reorganizing plans...?
2) Their company-worshipping credentials are already well established and worn in...?
3) Both 1 and 2 above.

Here's a free clue for "you'se" though: Whenever team tempe's thrilled with anyone...Said anyone ain't much the true friend of line pilots.

A questionable issue at best Bean. Most all I've ever at all dealt with have been pretty decent fellows. The last time CP's stood up to team tempe on behalf of the likes of us line folk?....Well....They were replaced out east....Just sayin'. I'd reasonably expect some changing of the guard/marking bushes-territory/etc to naturally come as a predictable event within a mega-merger of this size in any case though.
