"You'se" would've likely never even have come close to even polishing aircraft, were it not for "Affirmative Action", hiring "quotas"/etc, and even that only at the pathetic AWA, since, even with the quotas, you clearly couldn't even land a major airline job anyway. Get over yourself!...But thanks for the continual laughs, especially concerning what you personally "brought". I've seen far more "intelligent" chocks. 🙂 That such as your brain-dead self can even be mistaken for a "Pilot" is merely an indictment of contemporary society as a whole.

Sounds like a wannabe thing. So bid it already. What's stopping you? There's no need to futiley try to impress me, (and may Allmighty God help and protect any/all passengers "you'se" ever carry).
 
Umm..per the "An IQ of at best 120"? Are you seriously letting that go unchallenged? Are "you'se" then truly, just a virtual and admitted, relative moron?  I'd had my very reasonable suspicions, but really?  Do you imagine any arbitrator could "slot" you into 30-70 points more? (hardly such "impossible" numbers as "you'se" might imagine)...No? 😉...Well folks: We must all now be truly thankful for "affirmative action" and hiring quotas, after all..who'd ever want people actually qualified, or even reasonably intelligent, to take any jobs?

You have always been entitled to a west 320 captain seat, and attrition into a west 330.  No problem here, Cupcake.  
 
And we were also counseled that arbitration is not necesarily the only fair result.

I think those of us on the east realized the times were a changin at least 20 years ago regarding management/line pilot relations. The friendship ends at the door to the chief pilot's office or whatever title they have now. There was a time when I would drop in to CP's office just to chat but by the time I retired I think I would call the USA today or the FAA to have my chat and feel like I had accomplished something.

I attended both trials, Addington I &II. During the first trial Hogg attended, he sat with the defendants so it left little doubt who he supported. I think it would be safe to say the public show of support would translate into the same in a management role. Furloughs West, hiring and recalls, East. West managers replaced, training dept. managers in Phoenix-East. Look around, see what's happening today, it's going the American way. Same playbook, different team, expect a similar result.

The CP office I know supported our pilots A role the "union" should have taken. Instead, this "union" was formed and was/is used as a weapon against a third of the pilots it claims to represent. Leonidas, formed and going out of business since 2007 counters this threat. It appears, the only people concerned about donations are the ones who don't donate. It fits the same pattern of misinformation which reads like an USAPA update. USAPA members bring fed Soviet styled propaganda.

We'll see how this plays out and I doubt USA Today or FAA will even notice in the end.

So, I read the latest uscaba update.

Funny stuff. What's the matter scabs? Not feeling the love during SLI protocol meetings?

I suspect you are being told to go Fudge yourself, hence the need for the reassuring update.

I also suspect that once the West merger committee members resign, that will pretty much put an end to the scabs having any influence in the future.

Of course they will be represented, but nobody is going to bother listening.

Looks like Nic and the AMR pilots list will be merged, and my time here is almost over!

1. How many merger committees does Usapa have?

2. How many combined east/ west seniority lists has the company accepted?

We have met the attrition and it is ours...
