Yes, a west poser who went ex pat for a while. Went from america west to UAL, furloughed to ex pat. He got slammed at UAL on the bottom. He just took recall west. That is your boy, 767Jetzz. Integrity at its finest.
My prediction is that if he came back to improve his seniority, he'll be sorry he did.  The westies are going to have to earn their seniority like everyone else.  Not only that, but his time on LOA will be subtracted from his LOS.  He'll loose again.

His Leonidas pal O Neill has given him bad advice. Now all his west cheerleading makes sense. He is west, and very junior at that. August 2004 gets you zip on the AA list.
Say hi to the WHINER for us.
What the Hell, Say it ain't so, BMW Jetz came back to us, I want to hear the story of getting run off the road again! loved the car picture with the grass in the grill. I guess he heard how the east saved Dave along with new hires in the 76.

Earn our seniority?

Parker should have let Useless air go out of business and put you in the unemployment line.

Maybe you'd feel a little less entitled to West jobs brought to the merger.

Still in denial huh?

America West Holdings Corporation was an Arizona-based company whose primary holding was America West Airlines. During its acquisition of US Airways, America West's parent company adopted the name of US Airways's parent company, which at the time had the name "US Air Group" and which subsequently became US Airways Group after the merger.

So Jes, on behalf of Stravers and Calveri, says they were on board? Did Stravers and Calveri testify to this fact themselves? Their resignation letter seems to indicate otherwise.

Jes must have misunderstood their position. Looks like this evidence goes right into the shitter.
It is testimony, federal court and I happen to know FOR A FACT that both Stravers and Calveri agreed to be on the merger committee with these caveats that Pauley testified to.

Losers.

Capt. Hummel:
This is in response to the letter you received from the West merger committee members that tendered their resignations. The inaccuracies in the letter require a response.
As you know, the Merger Committee is tasked with protecting the seniority of all USAPA pilots, East and West. While this committee has always had differences regarding the fairness of the Nicolau award, the West members have always told us they would consider other methods of integration once the courts ruled. They gave that assurance at the time they were appointed to the committee and reaffirmed that commitment after their appointment. Now that the federal court in Phoenix, AZ has finally determined that USAPA is not obligated to submit the Nicolau Award ISL as the premerger seniority list for US Airways pilots, the West Representatives have reneged on their prior assurance and refuse to consideration of alternative methods for achieving an ISL with American pilots. In fact, at our meeting just yesterday they steadfastly refused our repeated offers to review and consider a series of potential SLI methods, stating in no uncertain terms that the unmodified Nicolau is the only list they would consider. We have, of course, considered the Nicolau list and our thorough review demonstrates that it doesn’t satisfy the fair and equitable requirements of McCaskill-Bond and it is not fair for our pilot group as a whole. Nor, as they assert, have we yet developed a list we can definitively say we are going to present as our case.
We have consistently tried to engage with the West committee members as we work towards a fair and equitable list. It now appears they are not interested in a fair and equitable list for all USAPA pilots. They are interested in only the unmodified Nicolau award to serve only the interests of West pilots despite USAPA’s DFR responsibility to former East and West pilots. That stance does not fulfill the duties of our committee. Any and all proposals made by this committee must be and will be fair for all pilots. Not just West pilots and not just East pilots.

Regarding the protocol agreement, our latest pass to APA addresses only the merger committees established by APA and USAPA. It requires the continuation of these committees in the event of a single representative determination by the NMB. This is clearly what the McCaskill-Bond Amendment requires and we believe that an attempt by either the Company or APA to take control of the USAPA Committee or to constitute other committees would clearly violate the McCaskill-Bond Amendment and will only lead to further litigation.

Meaningful participation of any committee member requires the ability to be open-minded in order to explore and consider many aspects of how the lists may eventually be merged. If West participation on our committee is limited to their unwavering and unreasonable commitment to the unmodified Nicolau list, it obstructs our desire, goal, and ability to reach a fair and equitable SLI as required by MB. Particularly after two court decisions holding to the contrary, continued strident pursuit for imposition of the unmodified Nicolau list is a disservice to all of our pilots.

Under the circumstances, we have no choice but ask that you accept the resignation of the two resigning members immediately and do whatever is necessary and appropriate to find reasonable representatives from among the former America West pilots who can honestly work with us for a fair and equitable SLI for all US Airways pilots.

Sincerely,

Jess

Garys response:  BYE BYE.

Fellow Pilots,
Two members of our Merger Committee (Ken Stravers and Rocky Calveri) have submitted their resignations.  I understand that despite the recent decision by the United States District Court in Phoenix, they have refused to consider any Seniority List Integration (SLI) proposal that is not based upon the Nicolau Award.  That is unfortunate.  The purpose of the Merger Committee is to represent all USAPA pilots and it is plain that their approach is inconsistent with that goal and USAPA’s duty to all US Airways pilots.
As a result, we are seeking pilots interested in serving on the Merger Committee.  If you share the goal of the remaining Merger Committee members, of a fair and equitable SLI for all USAPA pilots, then I encourage you to apply.
Anyone interested in serving on the Committee should submit a statement of interest along with their resume toofficers@usairlinepilots.org not later than February 28.
Regards,
Gary Hummel, President
Have a NICE DAY!

 Basis of presentation
The accompanying unaudited condensed consolidated financial statements of US Airways, Inc. (“US Airways”) should be read in conjunction with the financial statements contained in US Airways’ Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2007. US Airways is a wholly owned subsidiary of US Airways Group, Inc. (“US Airways Group”).
On September 26, 2007, as part of the integration efforts following the merger of US Airways Group and America West Holdings Corporation (“America West Holdings”) in September 2005, America West Airlines, Inc. (“AWA”) surrendered its Federal Aviation Administration (“FAA”) operating certificate. As a result, all mainline airline operations are now being conducted under US Airways’ FAA operating certificate. In connection with the combination of all mainline airline operations under one FAA operating certificate, US Airways Group contributed one hundred percent of its equity interest in America West Holdings to US Airways. As a result, America West Holdings and its wholly owned subsidiary AWA are now wholly owned subsidiaries of US Airways. In addition, AWA transferred substantially all of its assets and liabilities to US Airways. All off-balance sheet commitments of AWA were also transferred to US Airways. This transaction constituted a transfer of assets between entities under common control and was accounted for at historical cost.

Jetzz is not too smart. He can t figure where to run. Very similar to the situation Metroyet found himself in. Both gave false stories about being from other airlines. The reality is both are west pilots. Integrity at its' finest. Your pal Snap showed up immediately when Move was canned. He immediately took over.
Figure it out.
There is no Integrity, just false stories in order to steal seniority.
Snap cannot read a 10k to save his life. He can however, tell tall tales.
