I've seen it, there have been some adjustments since the company accepted it.

I don't think APA has agreed to anything as of yet. Plz post a link of the combined USAPA/APA list since you have seen it. (but I don't think you have)

Usapians need adult supervision. They are impossible to work with as noted in the resignations. They march to the beat of their own intransigence and get nothing accomplished. Yet, they are smarter, (at least they think they are) than arbitrators, ALPA, judges, jury. This group needs oversight and hopefully the APA gives these Usapians the guidance they lack and need.

I agree the folks that put their faith in him to fight a good fight may indeed wish he had been smart enough to sue for peace sooner, but the founder of the war machine may have profited (and may be continuing to proffit) only to the extent the war machine is rattling.
