Show the letter where the company refuted anything DOH in writing. You copied the denial of your Nic list, in WRITING.

Dear Mr. Rainey:
 
USAPA requests that the NMB issue a list of seven arbitrators pursuant to the McCaskill-Bond Amendment and Section 13(a) of the Allegheny-Mohawk LLPs which the Amendment incorporates. In relevant part, Section 13(a) provides that if the parties to a merger seniority dispute have not come to agreement on a method of integrating seniority within 20 days of the dispute, the dispute may be referred by any party to an arbitrator selected from a panel of seven names furnished by the National Mediation Board for consideration and determination.
 
We therefore request a list of seven arbitrators for the purpose of resolving the issue of seniority integration arising from the merger of American and US Airways. We recognize that it is the responsibility of the NMB to fashion the list. Nevertheless, given the nature of the dispute, we suggest that the arbitrators on the list be members of the National Academy of Arbitrators, have substantial airline industry experience and, in order to permit the most efficient and effective proceeding, have experience in airline seniority integration proceedings
 
The other parties to the dispute and their representatives are listed below and have been sent copies of this letter.

Take a good look at the UAL CO list APA. You have opened up the possibility of all your bases and widebodies. Your choice.
This was merely another attempt to TWA another pilot group east pilots. Merely a probe.
Take the APA where they are afraid to go: arbitration with a very bad rap sheet.

Chip will soon be attempting a recall effort to short circuit negotiations.  Beware the "players" coming back out of their holes to save the day.

So you finally understand that the Nic is prohibited but that there is noting prohibiting a negotiation to change the current prohibition, in order to implement the Nic in the future?

Let them experience the perils of that risk. Unlike the east, this one will stick. They will be back without their warring stance. They have a very bad reputation. Umm....OK....Whew!
 
A few minor questions, for all of us far less imaginative (but nonetheless clearly lunatic fringe) types that can't actually manage to ever fantasize ourselves "spartans"/"knights"/"dire wolves" and supposed "soldiers" in some non-existent "army" (and at the risk of offering up yet another gross "injustice"):
 
1) Have you ever encountered anyone that vehemently rejects your views, and is entirely unable to percieve all things exactly as you see them, to not be, in your estimation at least, "a crazy person"?
2) How long have you struggled through life with such a viewpoint?
3) What exactly would the idea of a new "and IMPROVED Nic" demonstrate, if not that the sacred nic, as written, isn't indeed "it"?
4) Given that "New and IMPROVED" necessarilly requires abandoning the notion that the old, original issuance is somehow set in stone: How many variants now exist for the nic, that you apparently assume to be magically mandatory for all everywhere to accept?
5) Is it even possibly your current contention that any panel of arbitrators would necessarily, first base everything on the nic, which would produce but one list to go against the APA with, and yet somehow, against all the efforts of the APA, magically insure that "you'se" in specifically PHX only, will gain even more in that process?
6) Do any aspects of even your own thoughts there seem truly rational to "you'se"?...Honestly?
