PHX Domicile Update - Distance Learning Reminder

Feb. 24, 2014

Please complete your Distance Learning, due tonight at Midnight. We still have 165 pilots who have not completed their Distance Learning. We have just been reminded by the Chief Pilots office that if not completed, the pilot will have to be removed from the schedule without pay and subject to other possible discipline.
Please complete this today.
Thanks,
John, Dave, Roger and Eric

Looks like the west yellow neckers are not compliant. Perhaps a new chief pilot is needed.
They should all be fired. Has Steve Gay done his?

The "new" Push For Justice Contributors List finally posted.   All 377 contributors.  Not quite the 1,000 or so contributors list from days of old.

F = M x A    Sooooo the force is directly proportional to the mass....

After dealing with ucrapa all this time anyone would believe APA would be more fair.  Those that don't believe that would still rather take their chances with APA.  Watching the easthole "union" die will be one of life's greatest pleasures.
Anyone that believes they are going to get a fair shake from the APA regarding an SLI is either blind or a fool. History plainly shows that they have never been kind to anyone during this process. They even stated in their request to the NMB for single carrier status that American acquired US Airways. Where have we heard THAT before?

Negotiation works between interested parties. Based on the events so far in the SLI Protocol negotiations, APA is less than interested. They want to hang their hats on dicta. So be it. USAPA has requested arbitration per the MOU and we will see how that turns out.

Wye River failed because the West contingent showed up with no authorization from the West MEC to do anything but listen, so there is plenty of blame to go around. I've never been a USAPA fan, but in this case, I agree that the APA cannot be trusted to manage a SLI process without advantaging themselves by whatever means they can get away with. IMO, the West purposes would have been better served by working within the Merger Committee to achieve the best award possible for EVERYONE. But here we are, watching another Hail Mary pass for NIC or nothing. Poke the monkeys all you will, but at the end of the day I'd be willing to guess that if the East is unhappy with the outcome of the SLI, the West is going to be just as unhappy or worse.

12 days until March 9th. (Daylight savings time begins!)
1.Will USAPA and APA emerge holding hands after putting together a list?
2.Will we begin the long legal road to arbitration?
3.What about Rocky VII?

answer 3 has the highest probability.

WTF would you bring up Reno Air as a comparison to the present situation?

Is it a late night vaginal irritational? Some cramping that makes you feel vulnerable and alone?  If you think that situation applies to the present day, you are a complete certifiable idiot.

Really, a complete JO.

Reno was a POS creation with every pilot hired after AA's 92-92 furloughees. AA started some cute deal where they pulled out of routes and the Next day, Reno was starting service with a code share or marketing agreement. AA put 800 pilots on the street and expanded the Reno deal.

Paying attention?

Then AA decided to buy that low ball carrier and tried to run it as a code share, which they would have done indefinately had APA stopped it.

AA now had to integrate the lists. Let's see, every Reno pilot working for half the AA pay and junior to every newly recalled furloughee. Relative position? Not really. They got what they deserved and are better off financially for it.

Now excuse yourself from the debate Claxon, Midol boy.
I told you 85ER. You certainly made a harsh judgement.
Insults about menstrual issues, and telling me to listen up.
Nobody has an issue with you guys as long as you follow the rules.
USAPA is spooled up on this issue, and has hamstrung the west for years, forever. You guys will be the next to go to the 9th if you wish. Judge Silver is certainly headed that way. That entire state is a legal cesspool. Neil Wake embarassed himself, now that idiot governor is about to lose her state a whole lot of business. Including American. Judge Silver is about to have her posterior handed to her. Her idiot dicta was a total embarrassment. And the Leonidas idiots fell for it as law, as did your group. So far, you guys are not impressive, not one bit.
Billy Wilder wrote your McCaskill story. He knows it cold. The APA honestly embarassed itself taking their lines from Parker and Siegal. Judge Silver foolishly listened to them.
I warned you Wilder was coming. You guys are headed to arbitration it seems. Bobby Crandall warned you. This one is going to hurt you guys forever. You have no idea where you are headed now.
You stupidly ignored the east attrition, now the west 84 hires are going in your 777 orders. Left seat. Make it happen APA. Don't blame Crandall.

No, just the bad ones.

The good ones are heros and extremely underpaid.

You and Alex don't appear to see eye to eye on police officers. There is hope for you yet. 😀

Looks like the Westoffs just got another stun grenade dropped on them by Billy Wilder. Too funny.
They won't be showing up today, like they always do after numerous legal debacles.
Spinthis is going to have trouble with the latest.

So..... Does PHX now have four reps? Since when did this dubious "Eric" guy sign PHX domicile updates? 😀

Notice the conspicuous absence? ResJudicata is stroking out, again.
Waited till the last minute on the DL, now he's stuck on question 2.
So, how many guys are off the schedule today on the west?
Call out the east AB reserves. They can fly the hardware now, n'est pas?
