I agree, but with Fridays filing now they have absolutely no choice USAPA is the only one that can pull out of arbitration, APA is scrambling now, two options only come back and talk of face arbitration.

Just a guess here, but I am thinking from the filings to the NMB and the district court in DCA from the company and APA, it is not going to be Ferguson v. Wilders, but FORMER SCAB union v. AAL and APA in a minor dispute before the system board with arbitrator Bloch right up til uscaba is decertified and Bloch throws out the arbitration.

Go for the 777 flying. If the APA wants to arbitrate, it is open season. The arbitrators just might open it up.

Just a real shame the APA seems to be oblivious to what went on with the 9th case. You need to step on them and Parker now and take it where even Crandall warned them not to go- a third party decision.

That is by far the "DUMBEST QUOTE" I have ever heard! What if the retirement numbers reveal "with protections" they are safe, evaluation may produce that fact, one thing for sure, 3 arbitrators might not agree with you, an unknown, Funny thing DCA is the place this NMB courtroom drama will play out Evidentuary hearings petitions, not the Venue, the WEST or APA expect , being lawsuit averse and all!That incest is WEST judicial  relationship is over!, A lot of mines and fireworks!
