Remember DUI DOUG thought he would steamroll the JUSTICE DEPT, now how much synergy was given up?MUTATIS MUTANDIS said:That is by far the "DUMBEST QUOTE" I have ever heard! What if the retirement numbers reveal "with protections" they are safe, evaluation may produce that fact, one thing for sure, 3 arbitrators might not agree with you, an unknown, Funny thing DCA is the place this NMB courtroom drama will play out Evidentuary hearings petitions, not the Venue, the WEST or APA expect , being lawsuit averse and all! That incest is WEST judicial relationship is over!, A lot of mines and fireworks!

Stupid and fat, man you hit the jackpot.
APA is not going to put our NB pilots ahead of their WB pilots regardless of any "nice protections".
I would say it is the east SCABs that fear the known.Claxon said:Most humans fear the unknown. america west pilots (I will give them a break about belonging to the human species) fear the known.
phx based leisure market, sharing their back yard with Southwest Airlines, no attrition, no wide bodies, no more career expectations, Doug, beam me up Scotty and elise packing up for dfw and they think apa is here to help them.
You've made several interesting predictions here lately. Everything from the NIC being the list to the East being treated unfairly on checkrides. Personally, I think you are writing checks you can't possible cash... just like your lottery ticket.nic4us said:I would say it is the east SCABs that fear the known.
Here is what is "known".
A merger took place in 2005. a final and binding arbitration took place and settled seniority integration for the LCC pilots. The east reneged on their agreements and SCABBED West jobs.
You seem to be too stupid to realize that the West is not seeking a 3 way, nor is a 3 way in the cards for an LCC/AMR integration.
Whether we end up in arbitration, or reach a settlement, there are only 2 companies merging to form AAL, and only 2 lists will be combined.
When the 2 lists are combined, the West representation will ensure the Nic is used, and some east SCAB will be offered the opportunity to make the case as to why they deserve to be advanced over their West counterpart.
BTW, still predicting single carrier status on 3-17-14. bye bye SCAB union.
Oh, and did you notice the APA application asks for your West P number? you east SCABs have one of those?....don't think so!
you are aware you mighty west pilots are not the only thing that determines SCS are you not? the other little peons that work here have a say toonic4us said:I would say it is the east SCABs that fear the known.

Scabbed west jobs, are you kidding? Let me think, we had to give you approx 28% of OUR flying to keep you scumbags in business. You have the award for idiot of the day. Even when we are APA it will still be a scab union if the west is included.nic4us said:I would say it is the east SCABs that fear the known.
