West was invited to participate repeatedly and thumbed their nose at everything because you couldn't have the NIC. Don't blame us, blame yourselves.
Exactly, you and your little AFO club has hurt your senior group who could have been on wide body planes now, keep it up you senior guys are turning on you.

. Your in fantasy island today.
How is that? How many new hires did Airways have in 2004 and 05? You could not get DOH to bring your furloughs back and send our pilots on the street. So you get help from elsewhere.

I'm glad AA will be taking that power away and installing new chiefs and management to run a better operation.

I wouldnt expect them too, nor do i expect USAPA to suggest putting a 1990 hire ahead of a 1985 hire. But Arbitrators, nobody knows what they will do.... Should be scary times ahead.
Real scary for thr APA, they have given up control....
It appears the APA listened to Parker and Siegal. Silver listened to Siegal also, and that got her in trouble. She muttered some worthless dicta as she went up to her room without supper thanks to the Wilders.
Wake got his behind spanked hard also. That spankdown from the 9th was a bruiser. What is up with the AZ Courts?
Dust off McCaskill Bond APA. You are going into DCA this time, out of the mess in AZ.
Right where the sage Uncle Crandall warned you not to go. Looks like USAPA is holding leashes this time.

That is completely above the pay grade of any East pilot. As for flight department management, they proved themselves to be no friends of the East pilot group either. The bulk of the growth and well being of this franchise was always East. Not leisure markets in the west playing second fiddle to Southwest Airlines. That is a fact. Look for PHX to suffer a fair amount of shrinkage as soon as it is feasible. That is my prediction and opinion. As for East taking care of East, that would be right out of the AOL playbook. West was invited to participate repeatedly and thumbed their nose at everything because you couldn't have the NIC. Don't blame us, blame yourselves.
You don't have DOH, thank Leonidas. You will never get DOH, thank Leonidas. We don't answer to U-saps, never have, never will, thank Leonidas.

Growth?
You get a snow storm and things come to a grinding halt.
AA is already sending international flying to Miami.

So....if Phoenix shrinks, I'll see you in Chicago. 😉

You guys were the idiots that fought against pay parity, one of the things that made the East operation more efficient than the west.  You guys are plainly ignorant for not understanding the possible ramifications of being d*ck heads.

You deserved the punishment you got. Bad behavior in my house is not rewarded.

Why should you get pay parity when you are trying to screw us? You think you'll get any sympathy for never getting snap backs.

Snap-this.

You do know that those protections are only good for 18 months after JCBA or single operating certificate, whichever is earlier, right?  Then, PHX downsize will mean furloughs.  No Nic, thank USAPA.

You're an idiot if you think that the APA is giving a rat's butt about you or your compatriots.  Actually, you're an idiot anyway you figure it.

Most, if not all of the furloughed pilots were back on the property by the time NIC dropped his bomb in May 2007. It didn't have one thing to do with you or taking a job from you. Two bad things happened to cause furloughs in the West. USAPA was formed which took the issue of the NIC out of the courts where it belonged and West didn't want any part of anything but the NIC. Like I've said many times, plenty of blame to go around. But nobody East took a West job. Sorry about the furloughs, but that is what happens when you isolate yourself to the point of non-inclusion.

I too am glad AA management took over the Flight Department. They can certainly do no worse than what we had and will probably do better.

You do know that in reality we were given parity, by the 30 million we split for several years,  the higher headcount on our side that allowed more wideboby pilots (who ALWAYS made more than you), then since last February by the MOU.  You guys lose!  You explain to your furloughees and families how it was more important for you to be a d*ck than worry about their jobs.

Didn't punish me a bit.  I've been on a widebody since before the merger.  Suck on that, ahole.

Yes.... GROWTH. The weather policy was explained by Parker on CNBC...made sense. MIA gets RIO...good riddance. Now we can go someplace else that doesn't smell like a sewer with the two A330s that freed up.

Wrong son, DOH is alive on the east and working very well, please address how you are hurting your senior pilots they would be much better off with DOH, we are all waiting.

I appreciate your thoughts on West furloughs but what was the event which happened in 2005 which gave the East the opportunity to even go to an arbitration?
