I'm sure you don't like being reminded of your errors in judgement.
Quite happy to look forward to a nice NIC free future, sorry you lost that one, among the others.

On this Ash Wednesday......

I'd suggest you give up Bojangles and DOH for Lent. 😉

west pilots legal team filed in their latter court documents that East turned down the Kirby proposal and thus were stalling a joint contract.  Where is your integrity west pilots?

"If both MECs approve the final product, JNC negotiations would resume with
management as we counter the infamous “Kirby proposal” that we received on
May 8, 2007."

A AAA/AWA Joint Chairman's message has been emailed to pilots and posted
under What's New. The text of the letter is below:

AAA-AWA MEC Joint Chairman’s Message
January 31, 2008

Fellow America West and US Airways pilots,
Today, the AAA and AWA Steering Committees and their respective merger and
negotiating teams will begin talks about the issues separating our pilot groups in
order to produce a comprehensive contract counterproposal for both MECs to
review. As we have said in the past, any comprehensive proposal must adequately
address seniority implementation issues and all open JNC issues for both pilot
groups.

The Steering Committees are meeting at a neutral site, and to give this process
the best chance for success, both sides have agreed to a communications blackout
during this time. As a result of this policy, our pilots should understand that any
hearsay information floating around is unsubstantiated, and should be treated as
rumor only.

If the AAA and AWA Steering Committees are able to successfully produce a
comprehensive contract counterproposal, it will first be reviewed by both MECs. If
both MECs approve the final product, JNC negotiations would resume with
management as we counter the infamous “Kirby proposal” that we received on
May 8, 2007.

If a TA is achieved through joint negotiations and is subsequently approved by
both MECs it will be sent to each pilot group for ratification. The rank and file
members of this union will be the ultimate arbiters of any agreement.
There is much at stake here for both pilot groups. None of your union volunteers
takes the challenges ahead of us lightly. Your MEC leadership and the Steering
Committees all appreciate your patience while we work through these very
difficult issues.

Fraternally,
Captain Jack Stephan
Chairman, AAA MEC

Captain John McIlvenna
Chairman, AWA MEC"""

Yes, thank you no chicken today but we already have DOH here which is working very fine for those that want to participate, so many upgrades and new hires in big planes, yes it's working very fine.

Do you still have any 650 dollar plus ties for sale?  It must be nice to set the price of integrity.

You are more than welcome to join in, I know your senior pilots want to. Stop holding them back.

americn airline pilots stapled Air Cal, Reno and TWA pilots to the bottom of their seniority list.

When USAPA pilots of US Airways said they do not trust them and want to have their seniority integration monitored by the court,  they copped them an attitude.

I'm from the FAA, IRS, apa pilots union representing american pilots, we are here to help you.

Relax. The APA will owe you a DFR even after they slash the throat of your fake union...which is a certainty. See, that's how a democracy works. Just ask Lee $e$ham. You can always organize, collect millions, and sue if you don't agree with their version of "fair". You'll have 6 months to do it though. That's assuming of course if you can accurately identify when the DFR breach actually happened. If you're to late the statute of limitations will wipe you out. Oh well, don't worry. I'm sure it will all work out.

The APA isn't *NEARLY* as full throttle stupid as USAPA.

Not worried at all, MB is coming soon, those poor APA boys.

One of the four Leonidas LLC directors is apparently now employed as an American Airlines pilot;\

Having Kevin Horner associated in any way with this DFR only hurts the effort. How can he adequately meet the fiduciary requirements to fairly represent the class? Our sources have told us that Kevin Horner’s current union, the APA, is furious with him for his participation in a DFR suit against another union.

I'll sell you a $675 tie and throw in a complimentary $50 gift certificate to Outback Steakhouse! It's a package deal worth at least $50 bucks more than any other deal going!
