I am not proposing the Nic should be used. I am not asserting it must be used. I am not begging others to agree it can be used. I am not begging others to assume it must be used.

If YOU want to use it, if you assert it must be used then just give us one authoritative document affirming it. Just one.

First you have assumed it will go to arbitration.

Second, assuming the arbitration panel is granted authority over the SLI, If the arbitration panel wants to use DOH who is going to stop them? They will have whatever authority they are given.

Your point is meaningless, unless you implicitly assume the arbitration panel will affirm a list (Nic, DOH, or anything else) regardless, without regard to legal Status Quo.

If YOU want to use the Nic, you have nothing to affirm it beyond your web posts and a $675 tie. :lol:

That's BS and you know it. Not ONE West pilot lost his job to an East pilot. NOT ONE. Unlike the bump and flush that has been discussed here by others should West prevail in court. The West could have prospered with everyone else had they not demanded the NIC and endorsed the company in their position to keep us on LOA93 for as long as possible.

Well, yes.  You advocated DOH for determining where the westie should sit.  I think that has been the whole point of the east arguement for the last 9 years.
 
Also, I have been maintaining that there would be no fences allowed between east and west former-LCC.  I can't imagine any arbitration panel trying to issue "protections" within LCC.  Their job would be to merge LCC and AAL, and protections between those two groups are to be expected.

Agreed. Even with a slotting formula the first West pilots would not be plugged into the list until you have slotted all of the WB pilots on the East. And with the NIC lost, the formerly furloughed East pilots that NIC disenfranchised would be slotted in commensurate with their current positions, not the staple job NIC used. Fences wouldn't make any sense at this point. It's not DOH, but it would be consistent with last couple of arbitrations and it beats the NIC hands down.
