The East denial continues unabated.
The end is near.
The end is near.

Subject: Amendment
In your face, from the West.
I remember Crimi, the union buster, who boasted, "we don't need the West"
We, the West, defeated your amendment. That, the Nic who will be shoved up your collective sorry asses soon and the irremediable death of usapa within a few weeks.
The future is bright.
I am laughing out loud In anticipation of usapa climbing back down into the #### hole it came from. This will be a great day for labor and the aviation community at large.
Nonetheless I must admit you guys know how to bend metal like no other. We rookies have very little experience with that.
With disrespect.
Captain Brice LeCarre
AMERICAN AIRLINES.
Who cares?snapthis said:Gary,
It recently came to my attention that a letter sent to the BPR by a west pilot was not only spread all over a public web board but also sent to company management in the form of a complaint against said pilot. Is there no level your so called "union" won't stoop to in order to avoid actually representing the pilots it currently extorts money from?
Is it acceptable to you as president of such an organization to perform in such a manner? My question is rhetorical as the actions of your "union" have long enough spoken for themselves. The efforts of usapa to date have been nothing more than a new form of scab action, attempting to take from one group to recover losses for the other. Now your "union" seeks to punish one who sees usapa for what it is and speaks so privately to you. An individual who pays dues and expects representation.
Let there be no doubt that the west pilot group despises usapa for all that it stands for. From the day usapa began in its effort to work around the agreement to accept final and binding arbitration which it inherited from our former union we have despised this sham. Your organization began with no credibility, on the backside of morality, and in an ethical dung heap. You use the Railway Labor Act in a criminal manner to perpetuate your agenda and to force us to finance that agenda.
If that is not enough usapa has used the tools and power of a union in an attempt to harm the company we work for with a ridiculous "safety" action. Simply laughable. Now your group is using the court system to hamper our merger with American, again biting the hand that feeds us. All with selfish motivation in the interest of only the east pilot group.
I urge you to forward this letter to management as you did the letter of the other west pilot. I am also encouraging other west pilots to write to you or the BPR in an effort to share their thoughts on all usapa has accomplished with funds extorted from all of us. It will be productive for the company to see first hand how one third of the people usapa represents really feel about their "union".
I, and all west pilots, look forward to the day usapa ceases to exist, ceases to extort money from us to support the east pilot's agenda. Hopefully some day you will realize the vacuity of your efforts and those of your organization.

Do you have the name that goes along with this letter too?
Sounds like a common industry response to the East's view they were cheated by arbitration.nevergiveup said:Who cares?

Why don't you and Brice, Cap'n Aux, Tony Anger, and Peeper gin up Cat3 Productions and make another idiotic production about your dilemma?snapthis said:Gary,

I think it's better to point out the award winning union....Claxon said:Why don't you and Brice, Cap'n Aux, Tony Anger, and Peeper gin up Cat3 Productions and make another idiotic production about your dilemma?
Brice has already turned loose many, many of them.
You and others consistently state USAPA was formed to thwart the Nicolau Award. You are adamant about that. Seeing how it is about to be 7 yrs since that award came to pass, and it is not implemented- how can you logically state USAPA is ineffective? You cannot. It is your anger at it doing exactly what it was supposed to do that us making you say completely false accusations. Based on your reasoning, past allegations, USAPA is most likely the BEST labor organization.snapthis said:I think it's better to point out the award winning union....US Airways Pilots Union Earns a Long Overdue Cranky Jackass Award For Using Safety as a Negotiation Tactichttp://crankyflier.com/
"I’ve written many times about the US Airline Pilots Association (USAPA), and it’s never been in a good light. This week, the group which represents the pilots at US Airways has once again topped itself by taking out a full page ad in USA Today talking about how US Airways is unsafe. Though there are other groups in the running, I think USAPA has demonstrated that it is the most ineffective, poorly run union group out there. "
