They use the NIC and 3000+ pilots will sue them. They don't use it, 1800 pilots will sue them. It only takes one.
All I can say is they better come up with something that will hold up in court. And it better not smell like TWA...

Again the obsession with begging, if the APA wants to fall on the sword of arbitration, let them. Try not to believe everything the APA says, you'll catch on soon.

Besides being in court in DCA (escaping the castaways on GILLIGANS PHX ISLAND), and crankyflier, , changing his new web address to Iused to workforDUIDOUGat AWA.kissinghisbut.ugh, 2018, the drop dead date on the MOU(it is not a JCBA) should be a good estimate on when this thing should be wrapped up!

Seeing how it is about to be 7 yrs since that award came to pass, and it is not implemented- how can you logically state USAPA is ineffective? You cannot. It is your anger at it doing exactly what it was supposed to do that us making you say completely false accusations. Based on your reasoning, past allegations, USAPA is most likely the BEST labor organization.
