Rewrite history often enough and even you may start to believe it.
You kept reading your own legal briefs and started to believe your own attempted rewrite of a legal inevitability.

The target of the DFR 1, DFR2 and Declaratory Judgment court proceedings gavels should be directed towards your west pilots craniums.

December 2015....?  Nearly two years from now...?

You and Prechil need to get together and coordinate the timeline.    Two years is a long time to wait.   You are gonna hurt Liberty Necktie sales.
I believe that's the last day the APA has to submit the list according to the MOU. It's not made up.

You still don't understand what those rulings said you idiot. If you did, you'd know why your DOH pipe dream never moved an inch.

I would prefer the union of which I am a member going into the merger represent me in a SLI with the APA. That's the way it works... Their union represents them, ours represents us.

And you speak of us voting to accept USAPA's demise and APA shouldering responsibility of DFR... Umm... gonna call BS on that one.

Please tell me where in the MOU does it say the APA will be responsible for the SLI for pilots on both sides? Be specific please. I've read the entire MOU many times and I can find NOWHERE does it even imply that thought... Nowhere. You made the claim, please back it up...
It also has a timeline for a SLI protocol agreement! That one has come and gone!

The only thing you need to know about history is the NIC, should have taken it when it was offered, now really wouldn't you like to come fly the 330 or upgrade. All you kids do is bang your head against the wall and throw these little tantrums (Res comes to mind), at least some of your guys are starting to realize how much your losing.
Not moving to the East coast. Ever. Very few would.

I see you have taken your meds tonight you seem to be a little bit calmer, good for you, how about your buddy Move2clt, quote a few westies do want to come back east they sure ride us back and forth to PHX a lot.

Those that offered any kind of compromise lacked any authority or ability to guarantee anything. If you've taught us anything, it is that your word is worthless.
Now you are the one trying to rewrite history, your own pilots, the sensible ones know you screwed up.

The last seven years of your airline career have been stagnant, you have what you brought to the first merger.

The American Airlines merger will protect what you brought to the first merger.  Do you have a problem with your future, what you brought you get to keep theme?

Whoaaaaaaa! SAY IT AINT SO. AOL/PHX LEFT OUT IN THE COLD!

As I predicted PHX pilots get bypassed. CLT crews in Mia and AAL crews in PHX. How's that growth working out for you now?

Silver ruling now in appeals (with USAPA win)
NMB getting the full account of APA and AAL true intentions
DC circuit is USAPA court now.

The sun sets in the West and rises in the EAST!

American to begin crossfleeting this summer

American Airlines and US Airways are getting ready to take another important step in the merger in a few months, and it's much more than painting an A319 in the American livery. The changes will be visible to the public in just under two weeks.

The two airlines will begin crossfleeting this summer, where one airline's aircraft are used for the other's routes.

Charlotte, Miami and Phoenix will be the first two hubs to see crossfleeting. Chicago can be counted as it will see crossfleet flights from other hubs, too.

From Miami, US Airways will fly A319s to Detroit, Minneapolis, New Orleans, Raleigh/Durham, and Tampa. From Phoenix, American's 737s will fly to Chicago, Denver, Detroit, Newark, Santa Ana, and Seattle. They will also fly from Charlotte to Chicago and Miami.

All of these changes will take place on July 2. The flights will first be loaded in the reservation system on April 11.

The flights were supposed to be loaded on April 4, but there are still some pending changes. There are proposals from the network planning department to put American 737s on more Phoenix routes.

Sure, but doesn't Res Judicata mean "a matter already judged"... Can't you get this moved along a little faster and give us a shorter clock?  We live in a fast food society.  We are running out of patience with youse guys.

You will be moving to the east coast when the PHX base closes.  Unless of course your writing career gains traction.

Screwed up?

Do we have to wait for an investigative reporter to get to the bottom of it?

What a great piece of reporting! I learned a lot from that video. Reminds me of another "fact" I recently learned from the CNN report that made the revelation that a B-777 has problems maintaining altitude when it's fuel tanks are empty... Must be a design flaw... :/
