The world according to eric auxier, the McCaskill Bond Amendment came about due to the america west pilots inability to cash in their lottery ticket.

*Missouri Senators Clare McCaskill and Christopher Bond, alarmed by the treatment of West pilots at the hands of East during the AWA/USAirways acquisition, and concerned about the seniority integration treatment of employees at Trans World Airlines ("TWA") following its purchase by American Airlines and integration of the two airlines' operations and workforce, introduced legislation to guarantee labor protective provisions to airline employees with respect to seniority integration for certain covered transactions."
eric auxier, america west pilot.

How can you tell when auxier is embellishing? When he hits the send button for his blog post.  The McCaskill Bond Amendment, authored by Senators from Missouri, was due to the treatment of former TWA pilots at the hands of american pilots period.

Ironically the current dispute between the US Airways pilots and american pilots is due to the fact that the american pilots, wanted US Airways pilots to relinquish their McCaskill Bond protections.

Eric Auxier and the "all about me" disease. ERIC IS A LIAR. AWA didn't buy US Airways. But he doesn't like facts on HIS blog. Only the "uninitiated" newbies like I saw with him in Orlando last month are the most vulnerable. Time IS the ONLY measure that we as a profession can count on to validate our comparative worth. Nothing else can measure up.

The bad thing about Westicles, AOL, Chip and Dan is they are going to continue to poison the minds of those choosing this profession with the war stories of old. It's Passover. Move on!

Flash to PESTICLES: THE YOUTH ARE NOT LISTENING TO YOU AND THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR FALSE CONQUESTS!

All of the East pilots are moving on with THEIR TIME IN SERVICE and you PESTICLES (Westicles, AOL, Chip and Dan) can commiserate all you like with your blogs. But the facts and the TRUTH will always be there to kick you right in the gut.

HAVE A GREAT EASTER!

Capt'n Aux: WHAT A CROCK OF SH!T!

Interview with a DISGRUNTLED AIRLINE EMPLOYEE by 14 year old.
(I think Cap'n Aux just made up the 14 year old)

CAMERON: What are some downsides to this career?

CAPN AUX: Interesting you should start with this question, as there are many important caveats that come with this career.
Ive always said I love my job but hate my career. The job itself is awesome, but If you want a STEADY, SECURE career, trying acting in Hollywood, LOL! In the 30+ years Ive been in the business, Ive worked for 12 aviation companies and airlines, moved and lived all over the U.S., been furloughed once, divorced twice, flown for 3 different bankrupt airlines, had my pay slashed in half overnight, etc. etc. This biz aint for the fainthearted!

Funny "Cap'n Aux" but I've been blessed with a marriage of twenty eight plus years, (my first and only marriage) have three healthy beautiful children, great health, now a granddaughter and I am a CAPTAIN for the worlds largest airline.

Why? Because I, like MOST of the workers in the world, make THE BEST OF MY TIME IN SERVICE count the most. I'm not bragging because there are certainly those less fortunate than myself whom I always remind myself of everyday.

Guys like Eric look at the past. The East and the new hires are looking to the future. And that is the key to life that guys like Eric and Tony "T-bone Anger" (sounds like an accident waiting to happen) will always wallow in.... their own purgatory. How sad.

Have a great Easter and enjoy Passover to all.

"made up"? Likely, but drawn from direct life "experience" methinks. It's very clear that "Cap'n Aux" IS the "14 year old."  Here's something that should remove all possible questions or doubts:

The West will have a MC at the arbitration and slotting by equipment and status be given larger weighting than LOS just like United Continental.

The United Continental model is the East MC proposal after they withdraw straight LOS (so they can tell hard liners like Jamie they tried).

And the East will have domicile reps and be paying 1% in dues under the APA.

USAPA? In the garbage dump rather the recycle bin.

Just you keep dreaming, Dan.

I don't always dream but when I do it's never about union labor issues or seniority.

They will not have a seat. That is a fact. You cannot support your supposition with any facts.

Life "experience".... is that like Chip's "experience" with multiple furloughs (vicariously, of course).

No seat will be given for the west, they know that, they already have representation. It's time for AOL to close up shop so the west can join in the growth. Ferguson and Koontz need to address their pilots and let them know it's been long over.

They had a seat at the table with the rest of the MC until they declared "NIC OR NOTHING" and quit. The West deserves no consideration outside of that which they are provided by means of the MC...not their own MC.
