Aredeeyou22 I suggest you speak for yourself maybe you are unable to handle the pressure, but guess you do not know about others abilities to do so. There is no complaining going on here just stating the facts at hand. The union complains about management cashing in their stock options which is legal to do, but yet they are supposedly working in the office and flying ETB trips on the weekends(that are international trips)that they too are saying is legal for them to do. So what we have here is both are doing the same thing. Seems like you would care that you were not able to be paid for the time that they are claiming. Also do you know if any other committee members are getting the pay that the reserve chair in PHL (who is a reserve so he would not be able to fly the time that he is being paid by the union he would only be getting 73 guarantee then if possible etb time) is being paid 135 hours and up?
To receive 105 from the company flight pay loss kitty or to use any union dues $$, they must be in the office working 21 days. Otherwise, they need to go on the AIL. They also need to post their schedules for the members so that the members can call on THOSE WHO WERE ELECTED TO REPRESENT THEM. 105 DIVIDED BY 5 HOURS PER DAY = 21 DAYS.
