Yesterday, a NWA plane I think flt number was something like 4768? but anyways, it hit a flock of birds and the plane returned back to BDL. What aircraft do they use from BDL to IND? also did the plane suffer damage because I had read that the plane was grounded?

Just saw it on the news, for once I would have to say that the scabs had absolutely nothing to do with the problem!!!! Now the question I have, they stated on Fox News the mechanics "looked at it".....what did they find, or did they just get the magic pen out and put it back into service? Going through a flock of birds there are certain procedures to be followed, and I am sure the scrbs followed them.....yea right!!!!

Robbed--

This flight uses a Canadair CRJ, and is operated by Pinnacle. Not sure which vendor they use in BDL (Neither NW or Pinnacle have/had AMT's there), or if the was a road trip from a maintenance base. Hope this helps....

thanks. this morning on fox they showed what appeared to be a 757 nwa but not sureif it was the same one involved with a bird collision.
