Except for Vffs (and SWA)I wonder what % of flyers can even distinguish what airline they last flew?
So if US or any carrier adds or drops fees the traveling public isn't really able to make that distinction unless you heavily advertise it like SWA does.
Has anyone every seen numbers on what % of passengers fly ony once or twice a year? It seems SWA is the only Airline with a unique brand everyone else just gets lumped together. I do remember from my Rez days that if someone had a big sell it sparked a jump in calls even if we did not advertise it or match it.
