Last night in CLT there were 31 airplanes that spent the night.
Management did not call overtime for utility, so 19 people were on shift to clean the planes and service the lavatory and water systems.
This included two -767s and numerous 757s and A321s.
Management told them to only security check and thru-flight the planes.
Once again US Airways Management FAILED the passenger at the begining of the day by not having a RON cleaning done on the airplanes.
And there were NO sick calls.
And they wonder why people don't want to fly US.
