the one not one ever saw not even the judge, could you please post it here so we see it.

we like to see what the iam offered and the company turned down. <_<

mr 700uw ( mr iam) could you please post it.

The famous final proposal to the company......we have heard lots about it but most highly doubt it ever existed!!!!!!!! I too would love to see it in print!!!

Contact your general chairman and he will be happy to show it to you.

And funny Coachrowsey and Delldude both said they read it.

Apparantly you never asked you the ratification vote to see it.

What is wrong with someone posting it or the high lights (low lights) of it?

It is available through the proper channels, not on an internet message board.

Bullcrap!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This Union can't tell me they were going to do anything but bring us the final offer from the company! We as the employees should be suing this Union for misrepresentation for making the statement publicly that we will do our best to get a good contract but if one can't be worked out we will bring back the final offer to vote on. Why would the company negotiate anything better knowing that. That statement was not in our best interest. Then the Union got millions to reimburse for legal fees and such when the negotiators are on the Union payroll (with outrageous salaries)paid with your Union dues. Once again the Union showed that they are in the companys pocket and if you believe anything different than you are a fool.

I find it amusing that nobody will post a copy although the internet is where I first viewed the company's final proposal? Saw that on Friday although word from the union was it would not be avaliable until the following Monday? Lots and lots of mistrust anymore both with the company and the union.

The final offer was put up and taken down from justplanenews until it was posted on the District Web Page.

If you dont believe the offer the IAM gave the company on 1/5/05 exsists, contact your general chairman and he will gladly show it to you.

The final offer was sent to the printer on Friday 1/7/05 and overnighted to all 18 stations asap, it was recieved by BWI first who faxed it around the system.

What kind of cop out is that? You never wasted a second posting anything else just to be the first to post it. My take is it never existed. A company and IAM smoke screen.

If it really existed why is there only 3 people in here that said they saw it? How many people voted 3? Not one poster has posted one shread of evidence it exists

This will be last my response to you on this subject matter.

Take the time and read it slowly so maybe after the 50th time I have posted this you will finally understant it.

Contact a General Chairman, Negotiating Committee member or Grievance Committeemen who conducted a ratification vote, they all have a copy.

It was made available to every Mechanic and Related Member who attended a ratification vote.

Maybe you can actually get out from behind your monitor and actually contact the correct person and you too can read the offer that was made to the company on 1/5/05.

Negotiation - Transformation Plan

To: US Airways Mechanic and Related Employees and Maintenance Training Specialists

Your Negotiation Committee and Representatives from the Grand Lodge, our financial advisor and Legal Counsel continued negotiations with the Company on Monday, Jan 3, 2005. This morning, Jan 5, 2005, we offered a resolution to the Company addressing all of the issues involved. We believe this resolution provides the means for the survival of this Company and also provides for your future job security.

Based on the above, we expect the Company will sign the agreement this afternoon. This agreement is subject to your approval and we expect Judge Mitchell to grant us the time necessary for ratification.

Your continued support has made this possible. We will continue to keep you advised of all future developments as they occur.

Wishing you a better new year

IF it was so good and was expected 100% to be signed by company then why didn't they post it? After all it was to be the IAM'S new great T/A right? Show us what they were to vote on and live with. Show us what was so great the company couldn't turn it down but then did. Let the IAM show us how great they were at coming up with a workable plan instead of sending their members out to vote on a offer they took a hands off approach to.

YOU CAN'T IT DOESN'T EXIST

EDIT: you also avoid all my questions

Its a shame when you see your proposal on another site before the unions site. How were they able to obtain a copy before dues paying members? I too am starting believe there was never a proposal presented to the compnay before the current agreement was forced upon the membership.

hey , i voted i was there i did not see it nor did anyone else in the station

700uw you are full of crap.

if you are so iam get a copy and POST it.

700UW are you getting paid to do postings?
