I'm not trying to be irritating here, but you've either misrepresented your working experiences with fellow crewmembers or...well...Which is it? You've been subjected to essentially workplace harrassment, or those you fly with agree with you? I'd earlier taken you at your word. I don't honestly know what to think now.
No matter really. All of this internet banter amounts to nothing more than mutual amusement for all at this point. The MOU's been voted on. The west's mighty "spartans" will naturally pound their chests and threaten to sue everyone anywhere and always...and only time and events that none longer have any real control over will finish this mess up.

Excellent news for the West Pilots from the NY BK Court this morning. We are preparing an update that will be published sometime later today as we are still processing the information received from our attorneys (actually still on a conference call with the attorneys). Basically, Judge Lane will issue an Order soon to dismiss usapa's NY BK action with prejudice.
Thanks for your patience as we prepare the update.

The APA is marginalizing Usapa because you all are a bunch of idiots. Another dismissal with prejudice and out west the company supports AOL in expediting that case in Arizona.
