Lol- jeez some of you east guys are complete idiots if you can't see the handwriting on the wall. You are a danger to the industry, to Parker and the American pilots. The APA is marginalizing Usapa because you all are a bunch of idiots. Another dismissal with prejudice and out west the company supports AOL in expediting that case in Arizona. It's January '45 and the Reich is surrounded- it's only a matter of time now.

How is that move coming along to AVL? That's what I thought..........

USAPA Update - New York Bankruptcy Court Actions

At a hearing today before Judge Sean Lane in the American Airlines Bankruptcy Court, the Court agreed with USAPA and the Unsecured Creditors Committee that there was a necessity to enjoin Leonidas and its affiliates from interfering with the merger between US Airways and American Airlines.

Despite Leonidas Counsel's repeated denials in Court that Leonidas did not wish to interfere with the merger, Counsel for the Unsecured Creditors Committee, citing previous statements made, urged the Court to take appropriate action to assure that the merger would not be interfered with. Judge Lane agreed. Accordingly, the Court directed the Attorney for AMR to prepare a stipulation whereby the Defendants Leonidas and its affiliated pilots would agree not to interfere with the merger.

Judge Lane declined to accept USAPA’s request to move the seniority integration litigation from Arizona to the Bankruptcy Court in New York. Given the expectation that the Court would issue the appropriate order to preserve the merger and the advantages it provides for all its members, USAPA feels confident to defend the action now pending in Phoenix.

Sure doesn't look like any kind of "win" for Leonidas to me. Looks more like an injunction telling Marty to keep his mouth shut.

In reference to your seriously needing professional help? = Most certainly. Your feebly attempted "east" pilot persona is so far past ridiculous that only a disturbed individual would ever intiate, much less ineptly attempt to maintain such obvious nonsense.

Of course; similar observations attach to those fantasizing themselves mighty "Spartans" in some "Army", not to mention "Knights" and of course "Dire Wolves" and even "Wizards", but that's more an issue of group dynamics and overall immaturity, than one of personal illness.

You are becoming very grating. Two paragraphs?

No one was enjoined and I'm curious ad to why USAPA would even hint at it. It sounds like they're writing up an understanding and signing it. Doesn't sound like a loss. The only denial I saw was the request to move to NY.

Marty is just getting started. You'll be hearing a lot more from Arizona as long as USAPA's failure to represent all the pilots of US Airways continues.

Good. Hopefully it will go to Wake again. We all remember how that went down.......

Yea, it ended up at the 9th. We expected to be back with a case which is ripe. Now that the case is ripe are you anticipating the same outcome?

They didn't hint at anything. They said that there was an injunction. Judge Lane is a smart man. I guess he didn't want to get wrapped up in this BS. Sounds like he thinks it will be bounced out of court in short order anyway.

I think by "injunction" they meant that AOL's lawyers would have to stipulate that they would not interfere in any way with the merger. I guess this takes the wind out of Marty's sails.

So the litigation in NY is settled by both groups agreeing to not disrupt the merger of LCC & AMR...a vast difference between that and the SLI merger which follows POR and the BK Judge's exit regarding oversight.

And USAPA appears to acknowledge that all east/west pilot SLI litigation will now be in PHX...unobscured by the whirlwind surrounding bankruptcy.

Sounds like that is precisely what Marty had asked Pat to agree to.

No, Leonidas tried to stick its' ugly presence into a leverage position with regard to AMR s bankruptcy. A place it had zero claim or business being. USAPA and UCC got them removed. Exactly what MARTY did not want. This is ANOTHER victory for USAPA. The seniority theft attempts at Leonidas mean nothing to AA or the UCC.
Watch the UCC get more aggressive in blocking Leonidas from interfering in the future.
