Apparently USAPA wasn't the only group that thought you were. Apparently Judge Lane did, too. And if by "asses handed to you" you meant, "one case remanded for dismissal, and another case won outright", then, yes, we'll go to court in Arizona. The only losers I've seen so far is the AOL group. Maybe you should name your effort after a winning strategy next time.

With the NY case dismissed. Usapa will have plenty of time to work on the Arizona case. No more excuses, no more delays.

No permanent injunction on the west because the case was dismissed. No transfer to NY because judge Lane refused the case, dismissed.

Not much of a victory for usapa. The west agreeing not to do anything we never intended to do. The west was never going to try and stop the corporate merger. The Arizona case will define the seniority integration (merger).

Spin all usapa wants. They lost. Judge Lane tossed usapa out of his court.

Must be easy to be a USAPAian, when you lose, you claim victory, when you win (which never happens), you claim victory. Sounds like typical east cult behavior to me.

I never really cared whether I was highly regarded by my fellow pilots, just that the fellow employees I work with are well taken care of. In fact I get compliments from my crews all the time. Vice versa, might add. They are a refreshing breath of fresh air compared to the Angry west First Officers of Leonidas. Heck, DCA319, you have never even met me. So how do you know?

I'm staying until 65 just so I can make YOUR life miserable. Enjoy your losses.
