Because there is an outstanding claim for the same relief against US Airways and a claim for attorney’s fees against USAPA, the Court should make Rule 54( findings in its default judgment against USAPA. (See proposed Order.)

Went to Wally World today with my teenage kid and I went to the $5 CD bin and got six CDs. He saw what I got and said I was lame!

Best of Mamas and Papas, Three Dog Night, The Allman Bros., Pat Benatar (HOT!), America and Linda Ronstadt (HOT #2).

The yute of the US don't know what's good for them. BTW, he shares his iTunes and I put them on my phone. A lot is good but some is real trash....go figure. We are getting up there.

Dude! My 8 track is long gone. I used to listen to Rare Earth and Santana on it. I rigged it on a slider so I could remove it from my car because I had...get this...a black 1964 Galexy 500 XL convertible AND a red 1964 Galexy 500 XL convertible with power windows and air. Both of which I trashed. What a dumb ass....

Now this is TOO weird. I googled 8 track tapes and got this picture. I had each of these tapes at one time or another. Flash back and the "DT'S"!!!

Or buy the digital versions on iTunes for your iPod 🙂.

Or if you simply must save the money, you can use a free program called "audacity" to record them into MP3.

When you rip your music to CD, just put a loud "KER-CHUNK" between the tracks. You'l think you're listening to your old 8-track (which, by the way, was invented by Bill Lear, of Lear Jet fame).

I had a pile of them laying all over my 1972 Pinto, Ford's other "HOT" car. Literally "HOT", as they liked to blow up. I couldn't put them in the glove box, since that's where the CB radio was.

Whoa!! CB radio! I forgot about that too! Now I know why I liked them. A guy like Lear had a really cool airplane, too. Now I know why I liked 8 tracks. Too bad I couldn't get the "chicks" to jump into my hot car.

That's a little harsh. Maybe you should just say he's "integrity challenged".

Since the legal thing isn't working for them, I expect that tomorrow they'll be on here calling the East guys "scabs" and saying that they have no integrity, while begging them to accept the Nic because in their world it's the "right thing to do".

That's what happened right after the last couple of times they were handed their a$$es in court.
