Not if you go with 192khz/24bit digital.

Yeah. All kidding aside Callaway; I've got to admit that I'm a lot happier nowadays, at least with having music rendered on fine quality, digital-age devices. For me? Fond memories of 8 tracks stem purely from associated good times and events of the past. 🙂

You say the west sent letters to "everyone." We sent three letters to the parties involved. usapa sent litigation notices to 35 parties that have nothing to do with our case. Talk about shotgun approach. Plus it is not the west fault your lawyers have a reading problem. The second letter Marty sent explained but Shamanski ignored it or was to ignorant to understand. Judge Lane expalined it to usapa.

The judge got it. He stated clearly that the if the west was going to try and stop the merger we would have had to appear the prior week.

A letter is not a legal action no matter how tortured usapa wants to read into the letter.

The first thing the judge recognized was that usapa was trying to waste a bunch of time and money avoiding the underlying merits.

So if the west had wanted to stop the merger the judge sees we would have been in his court the week before. Except it was usapa in his court trying to delay getting to the merits of our seniority case.

Just how many lawyer does it take usapa to do the job? There are 6 lawyer listed for the NY case. Six lawyers listed for the AZ case. Only two overlap. usapa has 10 lawyers working and they could not manage to make any of the deadlines for AZ. It has been almost a week since usapa got the a$$ handed to them and kicked out of court. Yet still no response to AZ.

Did you miss the part where usapa violated the federal court rules and did not file on time? Is usapa so arrogant that you think rules don't apply? It would be sweet justice if the court ruled in our favor because usapa failed to follow the rules. Just like you have failed for the last for 5 years.
Study harder next time.

Now that's the truth of it!

O.K. everyone, break-times over. Back to "bitching"!

Now this is TOO weird. I googled 8 track tapes and got this picture. I had each of these tapes at one time or another. Flash back and the "DT'S"!!!

Oh, No, Mr. BIll!!!

I think we most all had those at some time or other. It's almost a seeming instant of time travel just to see those again. Dang It! Now I must download some old Chicago, that I'd not thought of in years....and it's all your fault. 🙂

Yes the integration between US Airways and american happens after a JCBA.

The integration between east and west happens BEFORE the integration between US Airways and american.

Read the MOU. It talks about merging US Airways pilots. Does not say anything about east and west pilots.

Read M/B. M?B is used to integrate members from different unions. US Airways pilots are represented by a single union. M/B can't be used.

His twisted and consistently false opinions are delivered as facts. The more feeble minded like Nic4us and Metroyet are whipped into scab calling frenzy as a result.
He is clearly a liar. I rest my case. Read the above.

If you morons would wait until the process is complete (as the Ninth said is required), it would be over in a year.

The delay, as is almost every other delay here, is caused by your idiot lawyer jumping the gun with unripe lawsuits. File for anything in federal court and you can expect a decision in two years at best. You AWA bozos just delayed things for two years. Happy?

The process is complete. You voted for a joint contract with the MOU. Thanks!

prechilill December 2007: "Ho ho ho! St. nic is coming to town!"

The process is complete. You voted for a joint contract with the MOU. Thanks!

Sigh!....So it really IS true then? = "You just can't fix stupid"? Ok....Go "spartans"!!! 🙂

The process is complete. You voted for a joint contract with the MOU. Thanks!

We (LCC) ALL voted for a "process" to reach a JCBA with AMR, which includes a "process" to achieve a SLI with same. There is no requirement or even ability to achieve an East-West JCBA, that possibility is OBE. Your welcome and Thank you!

High cost of defending CB&L's. That's rich. Who lobbed the first bomb? What was the RICO suit besides a loser? You actually thought the west would just roll over to your greatness?

Well, not really. But it did stop the behavior, and made a point. USAPA spending my dues money well, IMHO.

Were your lawyers expensive? I hope so. And thanks for sending the money in to support the plaintiff action. We appreciate your loyalty and financial help, loser.

Went to Wally World today with my teenage kid and I went to the $5 CD bin and got six CDs. He saw what I got and said I was lame!

Best of Mamas and Papas, Three Dog Night, The Allman Bros., Pat Benatar (HOT!), America and Linda Ronstadt (HOT #2).

The yute of the US don't know what's good for them. BTW, he shares his iTunes and I put them on my phone. A lot is good but some is real trash....go figure. We are getting up there.

Although I do identify with your taste in music, perhaps your teenager was displaying remarkable insight as to exactly why those CD's were in the "bargain" $5 bin!

Aside from that, who buys CDs anymore. That's so 1990s!

(Was there a $2 vinyl LP bin?)

I don't see how that list could even cover your legal bill from a couple of years ago when you owed 2 million. You guys must be WAAY over your heads now.
Gotta love all the "name removed by request" entries. Shouldn't be too hard to figure out who most of them are, though, since you left them in alphabetical order.

As far as USAPA dues goes, I remember ALPA being 2.35% for years, even without all the merger stuff going on. Then, when there was merger stuff, we were assessed on top of that. And what did it get us? An abomination called the NIc!

USAPA has been worth EVERY PENNY.
