France is in the "East", East is in the east. Jazz is in the East. East is the best, Rrrricky Bobbie. Welcome back! (I'm not sure where Darth Vader is, thought.)

East coast jazz is phenomenal. West coast jazz is good too. A lot of people think it was/is just an off shoot of east coast jazz, but it actually started and matured around LA, parallel with stuff in NY. Either way, it's all good. In my opinion anyway.

I don't remember, who's Vader?

Judge Rosenblatt denied the request for two reasons. First, he noted that “the motion is procedurally defective” because the Addington plaintiffs had “inexplicably failed to follow” the established procedure for obtaining a default judgment. Second, he found “the motion is improper because the Court concludes that USAPA is not in any case currently in default.” SPANKED AGAIN, OUCH!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes, but you're currently full speed ahead towards default. You may not be there yet, but it doesn't change the fact that what you're doing is wrong.

I love Jazz too. I like all music, really, except for profanity laced rap. OK, here is another admission: I'm also a closet Disco music lover. THERE. I SAID IT! Come on, you guys. Put em up, PUT EM UP!!

Don't tell anyone, but................ I have a greatest hits of the Bee Gees CD in my collection.

Well, I have to sign off. I have to return the phone call of an old aviation buddy I haven't talked to in a while. I'm going to take a wild guess and say it's about a recommendation. I seem to be getting hit up a lot lately for those. I wonder why?

Great here we go again with your weird fetish of spanking.

How about you tell us how the west was procedurally defective. Can you explain it? Have you even looked at the fed rule? Before you start obsessing about your perceived tiny win understand what you are talking about.

Did you see the latest order?

The Court having reviewed the Plaintiffs’ Motion to Strike Portions of USAPA’s
Motion Reply in Support of Motion for Extension, and good cause appearing therefore,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, granting the Motion to Strike.

The court has struck the more BS parts of usapa's filing.

I think todays donor list to Leonidas should silence usapa's BS updates and court filings about only a small group of west pilots support the Nicolau award.

A quick look at the distribution of the donations by seniority is very informative.

For the titanium donors.

Top 50% of the captains 27.2%
Bottom 50% of the captain 36.6%
Top 50% of the F/O 21.3%
Bottom 50% of F/O's 14.8%

Kills the east myth that only the angry F/O's are supporting the effort. This is just the titanium not including the gold.

There are still a lot of people looking for jobs, and aviation is no exception. Have fun.

That's not the Judge's order yet, that is AwFOL's proposed order. Read it again.

The court of opinion has decided that You're an IDIOT. Must be YOUR handwriting on those error filled documents submitted to the court. Thanks for 'fessin' up.

The East is just happy that you guys voted to get rid of the Nic by a 98% margin. Don't really care about the rest.
