You don't get to vote on the seniority list. That isn't was final and binding arbitrations are for.
You are getting ahead of yourself Res, don't confuse our current process (after the POR) that you approved with what did not happen in the past.
Of course all pilots got a vote on any East/West agreement via LOA 96, had one actually occured. Even if the MEC/BPR accepted the ruling of that pitiful, demented, angry old man Nic, the members still get a vote. Even now. A JNC with all the t's crossed and i's dotted would have to go before the members, including a list that combined the two of us. Did not happen, will not happen now..that ship has sailed.
Once we get to the POR, we indeed are locked into a result, either by agreement of the TWO unions or by arbitration. No more LOA 96.
Thanks for your support and agreement on a new process, and better moneys and working conditions for us all.
Res, I have to go back out later tomorrow and fly my first 4 day trip for April. Got to run, have a fun week here. Hope you figure it all out.
