So the AWA new hire going ahead of a seventeen year pilot is a scab? Of course not.

But the East Class with USAPA has successfully guaranteed that will never happen, so the point is moot.

Really has the case been dismissed? Has usapa even responded yet? Oh that's right that asked for another delay. If usapa is so right and it is "guaranteed why not let the court make the final ruling?

But isn't that what the west was going to do with the NIC? hmmmmm...yes, indeed it was.

A much larger, more mature and reasoned pilot group thoughtfully made the relative seniority/slotting argument here almost 25 years ago. They did not prevail. But the abrbitrator forgot to take care of all the narrow body pilots at PI. He forgot fences and restrictions other than on the PI 767.

Fairness might be found with either DOH or slotting, but you have to have conditions and restrictions.

The majority here choose DOH, with fences and restrictions that keep our "formerly furloughed" guys from exercising that seniority in PHX. You will be fine.

Since the West Class chooses not to participate in even the new process, USAPA will do its level best to protect you from brutal transatlantic flying, horrible humid and hot Texas summers, and being based out East with all us scabs. Let us know how we do.

First off.....take a look at your Blacks Law definition......then take a look at exactly who your employer is ....

You got no more LOS than any other pilot at LCC except the West furloughs whose job you and your uscaba buddies stole.
