Getting a little testy, the truth hits a nerve.

I've been reading the same drivel from you for years, that's how I know your ethics.

My theory will be tested with the American merger.

Speaking of drivel......your's kinda suks. Maybe a lesson there, eh? You have chosen your side of the line and have spoken boldly about your treason.

Fact is that the last several years since the NIC came out is what is testing your theory......American has nothing to do with it. With American, we move into a whole different arena. Your theory is NOT a proven way for SLI.

I suggest that you tone it down a bit with the grand slam 4 arbitration BS. I mean, your creditably is already in the basement. Everyone else sees through your proclaimed arbitration batting average.

It's one thing to take a stand.....but another to take a stand and produce BS to support it.

You proclaim that the past 4 arbitrations are the new world order of SLI.

It hasn't got a thing to do with the future and American! It hasn't panned out over the years......so, your theory is bogus. Even my backwards Arkansas education can see through your BS.

Let it go. You're embarrassing yourself. Also, trying to attack my character isn't getting you anywhere, either.

Be sure to bring your dictionary to court and the next seniority arbitration because apparently the arbiters of the last four didn't have one.
Well they're going to need it on this one, because arbitrations after this point forward that disregard LOS can be held to a legal standard that the Supreme Court has already found to be a LUP and is not a DFR.

You can go back to your cave, Dan.

In fairness, Silver was initially adamant she was going to rule on this. I doubt many thought she would change her mind a year later. Nothing has really changed except for the clear dangerous ground comment and plainly warning to the company they will be held liable if they agree to a sli without an LUP. Something we all know USTUPID doesn't have.
And that she did. She found for count II. Good luck.

More like fantasy. You and yours, including Harpers latest attempt to practice law, have been tested and has been found lacking. Define dicta Dan. Oh, you thought I said Dick. Now I wouldn't call you that but you sure act like that.

We need sully and the guy that was with him to explain to come testify. Maybe sully could have his daughter sit in his lap for story time this go around. A good yarn on the 'most, senior, highly experienced pilot group in the industry'. You can serve the s'mores 'round the camp fire and EOA can provide the hot chocolate....

Res, take the polygraph before you submit your posts.
You and Horner are telling whoppers. Louis Freeh would not be happy.

Who had the 98%? Was that the PHX domicile of US??

Y'all forgot that this is the AA/US merger?? That high altitude livin' in preScott dune got yer brain in a tizzy.

If 3 list show up wouldn't common sense have the arbitration panel ask the simple question, 'Who is AWA? this is a merger of AA & US, wasn't the HP/US already arbitrated?

Just think of the judge from My Cousin Vinnie looking at the usapa representative and saying 'You mocking my profession?'

98% see ripeness.
So let me understand the logic: 98 percent of West pilots voted for the MOU knowing USAPA's position of DOH for US Airways pilots so as to make it "ripe" for a DFR instead of voting no. That line of thinking will not hold up in court if you already knew! We're going to get more information later today after BK court. Stand by for news.
