I know it kills you not knowing the identities of the people that have so successfully held your head under the LOA93 waters for all these years, but just know this: you will never figure out who I am. It's irrelevant anyway. Just call me..."a benefactor" to the West. The delay game is over, USAPA is getting the ball stripped from their hands no matter what.
"Benefactor" sounds presumptious. I'll just stick what what I usually call you, "stupid". You're not fooling anyone.

Nobody wonders about anything. It is easy to ferret out the rats. They leave crumbs in their scramble to benefit themselves at the behest of others. Kevin Horner has an especially intriguing scheme.

Leonidas, LLC was created in August of 2007 to safeguard the legal rights of the
former America West pilots in the face of the multiple threats before them at that
time. It was founded by two America West First Officers; Eric Ferguson and Jeff
Koontz. Those two pilots were introduced by a Merger Committee member by
the name of Kevin Horner who is now at American.
 
So what is it Kev? Justice for the TWA pilots who were stapled? Or a staple job for east div pilots at LCC? Either way, you stand to benefit from your two positions.

All that matters is the Arbitrators ruling. Both the CAL/UAL MEC's testimony before the panel is as irrelevant as USAPA. Just relax and worry about your own airline. Nothing that happens at any other airline is going to change the fact the USAPA will be constrained to acknowledge and DEFEND the nic award via Injunction in the coming months.

Just like the 1900 East guys that were unemployed at the time of the merger and appropriately stapled, if I were a UAL furloughee, I'd start accepting the fact that I'm not going to be senior to all WORKING cal pilots of the last 13 years. We see what happens when expectation management goes berserk. USAPA and the resultant Billion dollar price tag happens. It changes nothing, but makes the pilot group poorer.
Who believes your group? Shall we bring out Respolygraphdoyaljudicata and give you the lie detector? His story is quite bizarre. Your scheme eclipses all the strange west chronicles.

And you guys really like the idea of the hopelessly unemployed being rescued and placed senior to line holding captains. However, you DON'T like the idea of a neutral third party allowing you to do this...is a temper tantrum and tyranny of the majority constitue a "legitimate union purpose"?

Hmmm. I'd thought that to be the whole purpose of AWA from it's inception..No? I mean heck! It seems that even you got a job there! 🙂

PS: Don't forget to tell all the folks at American how you mighty "spartans" are rescuing them. Please get back to us all on just how well that's received. 😉

Yes, the former AWA pilots have saved more souls than Jesus. By the mere fact they showed up for work and possessed a 98.4 temperature.
