PHX wants it sent out for a vote. Crimi and company do not. DCA is on the fence.

The company does not trust USAPA.

We don't trust the company. That is why they get the NO. It is that simple. Of course the West reps want it out there. They have no clue about COC or scope.

We know enough about your CoC to understand its a POS.

How'd it work out for this merger? LMAO. That's what I thought.

Things are going to change fat boy. Your scope is going away and the APA will do it for you.

Amazing how some of you idiots are willing to give up $30K for CoC and scope which you'll lose anyway in a year or so.

They have no clue about COC or scope.

Apparently, neither do you. If you did, and you listened to our advisors, you would know that CoC is of limited and probably even time limited value and the scope has to accommodate the change from Star to One World.

Your first sentence was correct. You don't trust the company...not even to your own detriment. But you don't have to. Why do you not trust our attorneys and professional negotiator?

Driver...

"We" might not trust the company, but "We" are suppose to let the membership vote. Please stop trying to save me from myself, Im a big boy, let me decide....."Let me Vote"...You guys are as bad as republican party in how you manipulate who gets to vote.....

Actuall they do read your contract!

Who is "they"?

Because if "they" read the West contract, "they" would know that any merger, acquisition, or transfer of flying or fleet triggers the West scope clause, which guarantees West pilots fly LCC (not only West at this point) airplanes.

I have pointed out many times to you West airplanes include around 110 A320s and 10 757s, but West pilots are now contractually tied to the entire LCC fleet. Oh, and since almost all West pilots are now in the A320, our scope clause mentions being qualified in equipment to transfer with it. How many A320s does LCC have and how many West pilots are there?

Reminds me of a conversation our reps had with Rowe a while back. He said he'd never let you guys vote on a contract with the Nic because he didn't trust you. He actually said you guys were "too stupid to be allowed to vote."
