I would never sell out my FO for a pay raise. Would you?
MY F/O, eh? I don't know ANY F/O's who would tolerate a condescending reference such as "MY F/O" by any captain. You guys are too much!

But for you, I'll make an exception. I'll refer to you as MY F/O all you want. It's raining pretty hard, why don't you go down and make sure the fueler gets the cap on secure!

Hmmm... "My" F/O is horribly condescending, but is followed by: "... It's raining pretty hard, why don't you go down..."??? If you can't immediately see how amazingly cross-threaded your post is, as well as the volumes it speaks of your true nature and character...well...nothing more need be said.

What did you plan to spend you pension on? How far will your $28K take you. You ought to get a pretty swell Hyundai for that, leather too.

Actually; you're no one of even the slightest consequence to me in any real-world context, now or in the future...but you can falsely dream that St. Nic would magically make you one. 😉

The fact your posts fully demonstrate that if you ever got your gift from ole' St. Nic..that you would clearly bring an entirely unprofessional bearing and attitude to the cockpit again speaks volumes about your character. In my estimation; such an infantile perspective renders you unfit to command so much as a chock. I would never offer up such childish crap to any west/whatever pilot, should they ever be crewmembers of "mine" now or in the future.....and anyone can yet wonder why I don't want to see such people inflicted as instantly minted...umm..."Captains" over east coworkers I've flown with for many years..?

I would not sell you out for a pay raise. If it's raining there in PHX, it won't last long. The cap is secure, sweetie!

Still clueless...according to Parker, PHX is profitable and the part of US formerly called HP won't present any regulatory problems. However, the regulators will have some heartburn of parts of US currently called East. Even you should be able to figure the rest out...

Your contract says ALPA merger policy. My contract says ALPA merger policy. The TA says ALPA merger policy.

That policy was followed to conclusion, then the result was paid for by the company as per the TA.

We were discussing what would happen in a merger scenario. I have yet to read anything that says the Nic cannot be used. I have read the 9th's opinion however, and the reason they found Addington not ripe was because there were too many contingencies in place that could still prevent usapa from not using the NIc. If usapa were to try to not use the Nic in a future merger, case ripe right then, sans contract.

Now lets see...who could the West go ask for an injunction if usapa failed to use the Nic in a seniority integration?
 
Technically, DOH has not been used in 40 years. The tenant of Allegheny/Mohawk and the RLA section 3 and 13 is to provide for a "fair integration method".

Each and every integration in the past 40 years has been determined by the process, not the methodology.

Negotiation, Mediation, Arbitration. That is how it works, that is what determines the outcome. DOH has been dead since A/M happened 40 years ago.

usapa's C&BLs are contrived BS designed to further their scab cause for our one instance, and are completely irrelevant post McCaskill/Bond.

DOH lives:     As to the myth DOH is not in US Airway's history, I can only go back as far as 1968 .....Lake Central, then Mohawk, then PSA, then PI...ALL DOH with C/R. And then there is Maude....Shuttle by our old friend NIC, that broke the perfect streak. That was the last completed seniority integration, now closing on 20 years past. Whatever the industry may have been doing as a whole (read PI/Empire, DAL/NWA, or maybe U/CO) there is a historical consistency to pilot mergers at U.

No you spend all your time on here venting your angst over the poor decisions you've made and overcompensating with smilie faces. I'll speak up what others are thinking - We see right through you. Be a man and cover it up a little better.
