How about we all just take a deep breath, get a good nights sleep, wake-up tomorrow and read the actual transcript of today's proceedings and go from there.

seajay

See you tomorrow. The Westoffs deserve full throttle right now, and they are going to get it.

You are assuming there will be a merger, and/or an arbitration.

Won't have to sue...the Nic will be used making suing moot.

"Yesterday, we slaughtered them and we will continue to slaughter them."

um...go look at all my posts in the last few months and see what I predicted Silver would do.

From what I am hearing, she basically did what I said she would do.

usapa is free to negotiate...AOL is free to sue...and problem for your parked scab union is you have no one to bargain with.

AOL can sue. When do they not sue? Suing and winning are two different animals. Seeing how you did with the 9th, don't hold your breath.

How about that bet on the bump and flush? Willing?

So what happened? (No spin)

Silver gave USAPA the right to negotiate seniority with your company without the Nic and LCC is indemnified from the suit Nic4 claimed they would face. Now he says USAPA is the target. What do you want to bet the Nic won't be the USAPA list? Using that screen name after what happened today? priceless.

Hey climax...you are making a mess of yourself.

wait til you hear the company's objections to Silver's opinion. The scab union will remain parked and the NIc will remain the only system seniority list accepted at LCC, while the east sits on LOA93.

AOL has sued exactly ...um..get this you ignorant scab...once.

How many times has usapa stepped on their crank in a federal courtroom...??

umm LCC is indemnified?? Really, I must have missed that part.

So, are you asking for the translation?

You guys have had the right to negotiate this whole time and haven't done so. You still have the right to negotiate.

And LCC is NOT indemnified you moron. Not even close.

Now back to your cave.

Parker told you enough times. You should have listened. He will listen to the Federal Judge. Something you can't seem to do.
