Forget dogfighting, let's go with boxing.

I'm in too, 210 lbs, pair me up with Claxon. I'll give him the first hit.

Lightweight

Normally the america west pilot takes the first hit, I believe.

"(Myer) admitted to intentionally using a friend's vehicle to find the victim, flattening his tire, hiding and waiting for the victim, and then assaulting the victim while he was changing his tire,"

The company has not ever accepted a list from USAPA. Ever. Parker has stated that the only list in their possession is the Nicolau award and nothing else.

Show me then. It should be easy. Otherwise, get lost.

How about hat gunfight between one of our east brothers and his neighbor? Or, better yet, how's our brother Joe doing?

US Airways pilot Joseph Pereira was sentenced Tuesday in Philadelphia Family Court to one year of probation. He will be evaluated for a sex offender treatment program.

Obviously you can't. Tell you what. USAPA has all the crew news session transcribed. Ask them if you can read them all and you will get to the one where he is asked about this. His reaction is interesting.

Who said this:

"The East Pilots, who were dissatisfied with the seniority integration
proposal
ALPA arrived at through the union’s internal
arbitration,............"

Show me the DoH acceptance letter that Parker put out stating they accept USAPA's proposal in substitution for the Nicolau award per the TA. You go by a very weak interpretation where all Hemingway states was that something was "passed" but no where does it say accepted. So move on AW. You're the only one who thinks they accepted the list when its clear they haven't.

Every group has its lone wolves. america west as a pilot group, scabbed, ran drugs, were named in a rico suit and stold pilot idenity from company computers among other crimes.

Again idiot, that section of the contract was still open, never negotiated because of unripe lawsuits.

"Five months after certification, USAPA presented a seniority
proposal to the airline. The proposal incorporated date-ofhire
principles. Although the proposal contained some protections
for West Pilots, it was not nearly as favorable to West
Pilots as the Nicolau Award. The airline had not yet
responded to the proposal when the district court entered its
permanent injunction."

"Not until the airline responds to the proposal, the
parties complete negotiations, and the membership ratifies the
CBA will the West Pilots actually be affected by USAPA’s
seniority proposal — whatever USAPA’s final proposal ultimately
is."

I think you are putting too much into "accept." Sure they accepted the Nicolau award, just as you accept a letter. But it was a proposal, and we never closed it out in a contract. Now, you guys say we have a CBA, and Judge Silver agrees with you, but you fail to recognize that it doesn't matter if the Nicolau was "accepted" because the new "CBA" excludes it. If it didn't why would we have a suit going on? So, In completing our negotiations, all parties agreed to not make the "accepted" Nicolau award part of the new contract.

America West doesn't have sexual deviants who take pictures of 15 year olds. They also don't have pilots who shoot their own airplanes, abuse hotel employees, shoot at their own neighbors, file trademark rights to union logos, crash airplanes, shut the airline down for "Operation Restore Confidence". One thing those pilots on the west NEVER did was kill a passenger.

Ah, there ya go. The last resort of a cornered westicle. The Killed card. You going to bring those things up to AA pilots?

The airline never responded to the proposal, you moron, is because they never accepted the DoH list. Call the NAC members at the time the list was pushed. Its quite obvious you need pictures to help you get it.
