Ah, there ya go. The last resort of a cornered westicle. The Killed card. You going to bring those things up to AA pilots?

No. Its just that some of us need to be reminded (Claxon) that his crap does stink. Get over it. Its part of our east heritage and as a fellow east pilot, I accept our pathetic safety record.

The airline never responded to the proposal, you moron, is because they never accepted the DoH list. Call the NAC members at the time the list was pushed. Its quite obvious you need pictures to help you get it.

Then why the lawsuit? Why did Mr. Kirby tell capt. Gay "NO" when he asked if the Nic would be used at POR. I mean, after all if it was truly accepted then they have an obligation, right?

I have asked the exact question and got the exact answer. Maybe you should. Let me know when you get those crew news session transcripts.

What was it again holding up our negotiations? Why is it again that we, as the majority, can't push our CBL mandated date of hire list into a new CBA?

Because we were in a quagmire. What does that have to do with anything? How come you can't answer a question? Why are you so tense? Why is grass green? You going to talk to AA about it's accidents?

Please refer to the March crew news video. Mr Kirby explains the seniorty integration process in detail. west pilots, you should not attempt to use 3d or rose colored glasse while viewing.

While Move continues his meltdown/identity crisis I want to repeat some of my superhero questions. The West and the Company are demanding, and many here have thoughtfully suggested the end game will be a seat at the table for the West class. Who would sit at the table? If the Court picks some person or group, how do they legally represent all PHX pilots without an election? If the chosen party does not meet the expectations of others in PHX, what is their course of justice? Who do they sue, and how could they sue a group that was not their legally elected bargaining agent? The Company's outside counsel has really screwed up, and Judge Silver is probably now having the same dilemma: How do you create a new bargaining agent/class out of thin air without an election? Such an election would include all parties even remotely affected, including furloughed, LTD, and Military Leave pilots. And especially pilots who are not currently members of USAPA (about 500 guys out West.) RR

Good questions RR. From this website http://nicisthenic.com/, I gather that there still may be a divide on the west. I hear Stavers was not supported by a lot of west pilots for the merger committee. So, how do we know that the selected to sit at the table has all the west pilots interest in mind?

As was explained to me by a member of the NAC, they aren't looking for a seat AT the table - just near it. They'll be there to make sure that USAPA uses the Nicolau and only the Nicolau with no CRs.

See my other post.

Who's tense? You're the one who's been on a tear lately. Again, since you pushed the DoH list across the table, why are we in a quagmire? And no, I won't talk about AA accidents because they're irrelevant to the discussion. You, obviously think differently. Why do you want to bring AA's history into this. Are you having trouble justifying your own?

I believe Stravers was hired in the late 80's, and recall even the PHX reps voted against his being on the Merger Committee (but not sure.) So again, if the Judge picks Stravers to negotiate for the West at the table, who will they sue if they are not happy with his work! If any of you care, go back and read the pleading to Judge Silver written by Roland Wilder and his son, as to the unprecedented act of simply creating a new bargaining agent out of thin air. It is an interesting read, going back even to CAB days (and counters Siegel's recollection to the contrary on past CAB history.) RR

Who will represent the East when APA replaces FUKU?

FUKU will no longer be our CBA.

If someone can be designated to represent the East then why not the West?

"Of course the list can not be used until a single labor agreement between the pilots."
(East and west pilots) ie: just one of the examples of an incomplete labor agreement; What is the vacation days agreement at the por?

There was never a single labor agreement.

All over the place tonight, are you not!? If Silver rules with injunction and orders USAPA to use the NIC that is the end of story (other than more years of appeal.) You won't need anyone there to make sure that happens. But if Silver does NOT rule that way, and attempts to give you a seat we are in crazy-town territory. All bets are off. I asked some hothead here a while back , may have been you: Do you claim the West Class will get the NIC imposed AND get a seat at the table? Really? RR

Dear USAPA,

I got your proposal.

Doug

Have you read the C&BLs about dissolving the union. Keep up.
Another failure on your part.

You said originally said:
I have a letter saying they did accept USAPA's proposal.

Now you make up a letter saying:

I got your proposal

You do know the difference between accepting and receiving correct? So you proved yourself to once again be a liar.

Now answer one small question before we get in to your C&BL question. Once the APA takes over and usapa is dissolved how much value or legal standing does the usapa C&BL have?
.
I have a letter saying they did accept USAPA's proposal.
