P.S. My trademark is being overused and abused. It was meant to be used by defiant easties. I'm taking it back.

So its Nicolau's fault and we, the east, are innocent? Is that how it continues to work? We're in a quagmire because we, the east, have failed to successfully push a DoH SLI across the table and disregard an arbitrated award. With the complete and dominating majority that we have, we failed to do something as simple as a cram-down on the west. The west, with a case that has proven merit and now ripeness, held us off completely. Sure, we got a few upgrades, but those guys will be working Christmas for the remainder of their careers.
That's why we're in a quagmire. Because the law is against the east.
Neato! Did you remember to get the details written in your aircraft spotter logbook?
It would have not been his fault if the no-compromise crowd got their way. It's self-evident the Usapians to-be had the tyranny of the majority plan B. The Bradford letter proves the intent was evasion of arbitration. It speaks volumes of the character(s) at the country club on Woodlawn feasting off the highest dues in the industry.
They are only interested in themselves, not the pilot group as a whole.
Exhibit 1: Cleary files for the USAPA trademark to squeeze more union $$ out of the association.
Pure greed, that's their creed.
Admirable
Mix greed, denial and top it off with Stockholm Syndrome, you get an Usapian.
Cactusboy53. You didn't answer my questions. As a rep, did you recommend a Yes or No vote for the MOU as required by the C&BLs? And as a rep and member of AOL, did you do so knowing that AOL was going to file suit claiming the MOU was illegal? Why run?
Per NAC & USAPA legal counsel advice (Roland, Pat & Brian) the BPR was advised to accept the MOU (hmmmm, seems like we repeat ourselves on this topic a lot). After some discussion & some improvements, the BPR unanimously endorsed the MOU. That is all. When asked how I personally vote, I usually decline to answer and invite the party to read the MOU and decide for yourself.
Don't know what you are fishin' for here Pi. Seniority list? Final, binding, done. Ripe? YUP, so says at least 3 federal judges (5 likely with event changes). The last USAPA lawyer? He's telling another employee group that changing union affiliation still doesn't allow the new CBA to do anything they want (after he charged us MILLIONS!!). The company? They are supporting our argument. BK court & parties? On that same page too.
Hangman is comin' down from the gallows and you don't have very long.....(apologies to STYX)..

Wye do you Clax-along? You do realize that you're on permanent IGNOR, right? Run along little fella, your commentary isn't needed or desired.
And yet you keep Claxing on (and on, and on, and on, and on...). I'm not reading your drivel. Perhaps the DOH "to the death!" crowd is. What a surprise.
Why don't you stop by PHX next month and watch how Judge Silver conducts the case. It should be educational to say the least.
