Really? On permanent ignore? Then, why do you keep responding to his posting?

Umm...because the posts he's NOT reading sufficiently irritate so's to require response? Wait...that doesn't make any sense. Well....It must just be that "Integrity" demands responding in a purely one sided "conversational" format, to a poster he continually brags about ignoring? Wait a moment again...Aww heck. I give up, but you can't even be suggesting that he's simply lying!? 🙂

Why? After you saw Wake get spanked, it gets rather old. Same ending.

I'll bet you vote for Democrats too.

You think a pass from the Liberal 9th, is a win? Come back to Phoenix, I'll blow you another kiss while you stand next to elevator while you lick your wounds figuring your next appeal. That was a good day. I see a repeat.

Since you will no longer have a union to feed off dues or make an appeal, you can feed off the government.

I don't expect this case to make it to Sep. 25th! But I hope it does for Marty's sake! More$$$$$$$

Come back to Phoenix, I'll blow you another kiss while you stand next to elevator .....

Umm....err....Even factoring in the romantic elevator setting, and not to crush any further hopes and dreams here....but what if Phoenix just isn't "that kind of boy"? Not everyone can be a "spartan", after all. 🙂

Because I still see the following:

This post is hidden because you have chosen to ignore posts by Claxon. View it anyway?

Claxon is the stain in the breeches of the Commercial Aviation industry. His incessant blathering of how USAPA will triumph is complete nonsense. His continued regurgitation of 20-30 year old stories and videos is yet another attempt to show superiority where none exists. He is likely a Mid-Atlantic "wanna-be" that thinks his time at the commuter connected to the former US Air counts for something. Arbitrator Nicolau gave a fair final and binding arbitration. It is the middle ground. It is the compromise. It is the final product of an agreed upon process. Period.

Did I answer your question sufficiently NYCBus? Please be sure to keep your responses factual, truthful, respectful and professional. I and my brethern will be glad to engage those kinds of debates.

Sorry, friend, I'm not looking for romance. 🙂

Even though I agree with your consevative views at the Water Cooler, don't expect me to blow you any kisses.

I'm not like LuvClaxon.

You east clowns are done... Just some great quotes from our company:

First, USAPA’s rhetoric regarding the Ninth Circuit’s decision misses the point.

Second, USAPA’s contention that plaintiffs can adequately represent US Airways’ separate interests is incorrect.

it is US Airways’ understanding that the Court has set aside September 24- 25 for the trial in this matter. US Airways has a separate interest in seeking limits on each side’s presentation time at trial, so as to ensure the trial will be completed no later than September 25

It is US Airways’ position, as set forth in its Intervention Pleading and its prior
4 submissions to the Court that, although it is required to remain neutral regarding the order
5 of US Airways pilots and American pilots on the integrated seniority list, it has an
6 obligation under McCaskill-Bond to provide for a “fair and equitable” seniority
7 integration for its employee groups and that, under the unique circumstances of this case
8 and the applicable precedents, its obligation under McCaskill-Bond requires it to ensure
9 the West Pilots have full and separate representation in the seniority-integration process
10 with American’s pilots.

Try answering the MOU and JCBA item I tossed you instead of pulling a Cleardirect type meltdown. Sucks to be represented by you.

So, who on here is going to watch the death of USAPA on 9/24-25? This will be a lot of fun to watch! And it's free!!!

Does this mean that by late September this cluster-F will be settled one way or another? Frankly I don't think the APA wants to have anything to do with east or west until it's settled with legal certainty and we don't inherit a gang war.

Claxon, what's that avatar? It looks like a bush pilot flasher.

Probably picked it up on your last visit to the wacky 9th.

Showing your pride?
