Usapa has a legal right, right up the the moment the NMB takes it away.
Are you not getting that?
This calls for a T-minus clock. Please get on it. 🙂

Uh, sure. Just like Congress took away your legal right to contractually agree to a process consistent with MB.
Sure Clear. The company, APA, and all the signatories to the MOU will petition to have the NMB declare portions of the MOU to be illegal. Or maybe they will just follow the MOU that they willingly negotiated... while some malcontents keep trying to sue to get what they want by means apart from the actual negotiations and ratification that took place.
Try some of that integrity that you keep mouthing your lips to.![]()
You seem to know everything that goes on at this site but then you feign ignorance on who U-Haul (MOVETOCLT) is/was. Look in the mirror.Whatever are you talking about? Who is uhaul?
1. I DON'T work for US air,I have more integrity in my little finger than you have in your whole body "Mr I don't work for US." But hey, follow Clear and dca(phx)319 and run from the tough questions.
2. WTF is the "tough" question? I can answer anything...

I saw this airplane land in TUC.

Did you really just say that?
We the pilots (read the Nicolau award) agreed to a process. We went to arbitration and got a fair result (read what judge Silver says about arbitrations).
Then some malcontents demanded a redo because you could not get what you wanted by means of negotiations, mediation or arbitration.
It must be getting late because you are losing it. No one is going to the NMB to change the MOU. The APA is going to go to the NMB to change unions. Once the APA is the single certified bargaining agent usapa is no more. No legal rights. You know the term, former bargaining agent.
Still pushing that theory that consistent with means violating the central promise of the law? Keep thinking that you are going to be disappointed.

I don't work for "US air" either, at least since the late 90s when Steven changed the name. RR

You still have not answered my question.
What legal authority does the usapa C&BL have after the APA becomes the bargaining agent?
Until you answer tha question any question you have about the C&BL is irrelevant.

Cactusboy53. You didn't answer my questions. As a rep, did you recommend a Yes or No vote for the MOU as required by the C&BLs? And as a rep and member of AOL, did you do so knowing that AOL was going to file suit claiming the MOU was illegal? Why run?
