Obviously words don't fail you, as you are posting. What fails you, every time, is reasoning and logic. You question my education, yet your posts point to your obvious deficiency in IQ and reasoning ability. I'm starting to think you really have a crush on me, and are obviously jealous.

It is not revisionist history at all. Show me one fact that you can dispute. You never have been able to, not once. What you, Monkee, clear and so many west pilots spew is simplified history. You say "The east didn't live up to it's agreement of binding arbitration and that's what got us here!" That is true, but it leaves out the timing and other relevant events that led us to where we are, including certain west decisions. That is a fact.

You may be right about the future pre. It may fall into place just like your predict. But, I hate to break something to you. I'm doing just fine and will be just fine no matter what happens on 9/24. Sorry.

You agreed to binding arbitration, true or false Tony. There's your answer buddy.

Only a bit over 500 came back from furlough. I know 1700 sounds better for your rants, but if you wanting to use "facts" to support your position quit tossing a bunch of fictional returned furloughed pilots into the mix. I have never counted the number of east retirements since 2005, but that alone will probably cover many of the returned furloughed guys. The list of east guys out on medical since 2005 would probably cover the rest.

Clear wouldn't know a fact if it bit him in the arse. He and pre run on emotion.

Another factor is the sever under staffing we had prior to the merger. Nicolau laid that out in the opinion and award, just didn't do anything to equalize it.

Yes, through our union we did. True or false-YOU agreed to a transition agreement that would not allow the SLI to be used until a joint CBA was reached?

So, you admit that you agreed to have the Nicolau! And that is where we are now.
The MOU is quite clear that they preserve the seniority lists, the company has one joint seniority list between east and west. Nowhere in the MOU does it say the Nicolau is invalid. Nowhere.

And btw, "words fail me" is an idiom, used correctly in my post. Look it up and build on your community college education, Tony.

I don't know where you got your education, the basement maybe?

Read the MOU. It says listS currently in effect. You are reading into it something that is not there. If it said the combined US/AW seniority list, maybe you would have a point, but if it did you wouldn't have filed a lawsuit, would you? We do not have the Nicolau. It has never been used and is not "in effect", is it?

Contracts are changed every day. Again, it's clear this one was, or you wouldn't have filed suit.

Uh, yeah..The "I know your name" reply... A sure sign that you are unable to deal with the facts, and then you double down and score a goose egg.

You should just take a break.

Scotty, you ready for the NIC??? 9/25

Your challenge is accepted, "seasoned aviator". 😉 Let me know as to the details at your earliest convenience.

How fat are you by now? One quick turn and your syncopal episode, followed by emesis into your lap...Game over.

Challenge Accepted! LOL

No contest. I've seen you on the crew news sessions, and I'll admit that you apparently field a far more formidable amount of gross weight, princess. 🙂 Per: "One quick turn and your syncopal episode, followed by emesis into your lap"..? I'll further confess that you've got me there, as neither come up in memory as viable, aerial maneuvers....but then...Sigh!...I'm clearly not-so-much a "seasoned aviator", I suppose. 😉

"This aint no Cessna buddy!!!" Oh well. My hopes are crushed now. Whatcha' got to offer?...A privately-owned MIG 29? 🙂

PM for details and scheduling.

PS: "You better be ready to back up your big mouth with big moves"..? Not seeing any PM sent yet. What's the problem?

That would be the secret weapon. Never get a single CBA. Seham's 'cost neutral' solution. What did that logic cost you?

In the 90's you had your parity plus contract that you earned your big $$ but the 2 BK's and your 'cost neutral' strategy you lost all you gained and more. The MOU which the APA got, notice Parker ignored the FUKUPs, gives you $42 an hour pay raise. How long would you have flown at that discount??
