The West will vote 98% in favor of anything that gets rid of uscaba.

Even if ALPa has to pay the TWA DFR out....and there is an assessment their dues will still be less than uscaba's exhorbinant extortion fees.
Good for you, Now run along and put your checkbook to ALPA USE!

I doubt half of your members would vote that way. And as to the 500 or so that are not members, who knows. And your math on a potential 1B judgement is way, way off. Just as you always are. RR

The west has voted 98% for lousy contracts for years. Marty got a bunch more cash in his pocket for the Sept 24th dismissal. The saga continues.

After the way we stuck it to ALPA, there is little they would relish more than to have us prostrate ourselves to them again. I've seen pilots make stupid decisions but returning to kiss ALPAs feet would take the cake.

I'm willing to eat dirt if they (ALPA) agree to a pre-nup with certain conditions. Don't forget that ALPA merger policy has been changed since our debacle. Just need a granddaddy clause. What's your priority, ridding ourselves of the Nic or the name of the union that gets us there? Loyalty to fellow pilots, or union politicians on a separate career path from the rest of us? If you listen to the Cleary camp describe the Hummel camp and vice versa, the current CBA is no better than the previous one, populated by most of the same suspects.

Ah, one of the predicted "senior" pilots who will now accept the NIC to get a raise. A prenup with ALPA, the union that "had its way with us" 6 years ago? No thank you, no need in bonding with the rapist who ruined my life. And there is no "new" CBA." We are currently under LOA 93. You try and be such the Solomon. Can you please tell me the legal logic again on your oh so wise prediction of a three way? As a superhero I am pretty tolerant. Think I am done with you, you are no better than Cleardirect, all over the place with no logic. Just rhetoric. You have never responded to my questions as to the creation of a new bargaining class. Not once.RR

Now who can't read, or is uninformed? Where did I post I would accept the Nic Einstein?

And CBA also stands for collective bargaining AGENT.

You"re done with me, excellent! Mission accomplished. AMF.

You are responsible for maintaining Parker. He is good at keeping wages low because of pilots like you. Wait until the mass exodus of new hires start. Most will head to American and the other legacies. You were dying to jump on the Kirby.
Sept 24 th means nothing now. Enjoy life with Doug Parker. You will have him for a long, long time.

Right. That is why AWA had the FIRST post- 9/11 contract with significant improvements, real industry leading Short Term Disability, pilot life insurance, vacation, scheduling, etc.

Keep spinning your hyperbole Swanny.

The AA pilots should grovel back to ALPA too. ALPA has so much to offer and they work so well with management.

We have all day to sing the praises of ALPA and eat dirt. Or we could just drink beer and give it back to them when are through with it. What? Would ALPA be ungrateful for my used beer? Ingrates.

You continue to astonish me in your lack of perception and current events. First, there is no way you are who I thought you were, but the goal here is not to out folks. But you must live on an island with poor internet to continue to spew this stuff, old news old retoric stuff. Do you really think the West Class is going to vote ALPA back on the property, after they refused to implement the NIC? Do you really think all of us that lost our retirements are going to vote ALPA back on? And is anyone, new hire or not, stupid enought to vote back ALPA with the TWA award trial pending? Heck, Delta is on the verge of a representational election. Your shooting from the hip argument continues to fail. Were you satisified with the USAPA update today? RR
I might. Go ALPO Go! They may be corrupt, but not quite THAT corrupt. I think if usapa truly reflects when they examine what is going on with the DOJ, they may very well see a little of themselves. Something to do with resources and page after page of hyperbole.

Singing praises I won't do. Eating dirt is a metaphor. Cutting a deal for a higher purpose, it was just my thought of the day. Beer is good. Kool Aid I don't like, whether it's made by ALPA or USAPA.

Yet another traitor in our midst. As I always suspected. Archived sir. And don’t worry, you are not alone. Just as expected, that under the stress of the latest news you would “come out” for us all, just like 1984.Go ALPA indeed. RR

A few of the right people in place could have made a world of difference.
