Yes, he left us hanging. But for now I'm dying to here all the details about his activities in BOS for 30 plus hours. I never get more than about 11 hours off. It keeps me sober.

So tell me BPR and AOL member. How come AOL now claims one of the solutions for Judge Silver is let you guys use MB? I know clear said it was illegal, and I think nicnuts did too.

And, I did not say it would be illegal for the West class to participate in MB. I said that during MB the Nic will be used as the MB process specifically prohibits itself for use on mergers prior to 2007.

He does not like the spotlight being shined on the scab union's complete failure to come out against the DOJ and is trying to change the subject and deflect attention.

By his ranting about the company stabbing uscaba in the back etc.. I am thinking he is just another self serving uscaba FPL blood sucker who would actually like the merger to fail so he can keep his position with the scab union.

Old FO Bradford got himself a huge raise....way beyond what all the other LOA93 lackeys make. And what was it that Cleary showed something way north of $200k when he was president?

Read it and see if you see any conflict with one of Marty's proposed remedies and what you just said. Maybe I got it wrong, but sure seems to conflict with what you and clear have been saying about MB.

I guess I should have mentioned that since there are documents whose content is sealed by uscaba request, reading the transcripts would be somewhat out of context, because we do not know what has transpired to cause the dialog.

In any event, we may find out it is all moot because Claxhole and the rubber man are going to drop a surprise bomb on the whole conversation.

I support whatever position USAPA takes on the DOJ action. My personal opinion it is done. No go. I get no FPL, nor hold any position in USAPA, volunteer or otherwise. But please tell me if there is a way I can cash in on the FPL deal. I am in, if it is doable.Bradford makes less than me, a Group II Blockholder, since they took away his stipend. Remind me why working full time for USAPA enriches? Answer, it is actually a pay cut. But I indeed think Cleary walked away with millions. That injunction we are now under is priceless, moneys well spent. I hope he can milk a little more off royalties on our logo. RR

I wouldn't worry at all I think you are right it is just a deflection. Or maybe just a ploy to undermine motivation to monthly donations.

Besides, JudgeSilver has no compunction to rapidly shift her rationale for getting you a trial appearance. After her previous order was evicerated she eagerly found a new basis to proceed. What could AOL do to change her mind now? It's a valid question....

I also wonder why Calloway sprang to action to diminish Clax and RR...

And I wonder why Cactusboy is pretending to audition for the "BOS with Rick Steves" episode.
