I know you somehow think that trashing one of the most respected arbitrators in the country makes you feel better, but Nicolau has a full plate of work, he just completed a major arbitration award at Delta. But hey, when have you guys ever let the facts get in the way of your bloviating?

Who respects him? He has done ZERO SLI's since 2007. He did some work on the AMR Eagle flow and if you say he did some work at DL ok, but that is the extent of it since 2007. That's 6 years to do two things? I stand by my statement. By the way did you win your arbitration with him?

You got that right. We smelled a rat when they brought their circus to Phoenix, telling West pilots how good of a deal USAPA was going to be for Cactus pilots.

They could not answer the tough questions, you got this loud mouth on the far right in our house copping an attitude. The pilot asking the question spoke for a majority of the pilots in the room that day.

That doesn't matter whether Judge Silver thinks it or not. Judge Silver is charged with upholding the law. Didn't she already tell you that she didn't think she could force the Nic? Didn't she also tell you that USAPA's LUP is also owed to the east pilots as well? What do you get when you add 2 +2?

Nice. They are the lowest form of Scab. How much damage have they caused? Next to September 11,2001 USAPA and the East pilots THEMSELVES have caused the most permanent damage to their own careers/households. That's fine, the problem is the 1600 other West families that these scabs willfully damaged as well. They did nothing to deserve this and they are out for blood because of it. It's really a miracle that a few select people haven't disappeared Hoffa style yet. If this were a pipe fitters Union, everybody at the table would be on a milk carton.
