Maybe I can retire you on LOA 93.

I really hope you get your wish! You deserve it! I voted against LOA-93, I saved the screen and have a printed record of my vote. I fully realized at the time that I was possibly shooting my job in the head. At the time, I thought that I had other viable options available to me. A contracting company that was making lots of money, on the side. As it turned out, that didn't turnout so well as a "fallback" situation. Oh well, such is life. Now that I find myself having "returned" to my flying "career" as a "full time" attempt to make a living, it's really not so bad. Six figures, last winter I flew 120hrs in six months and was paid 75/76 F/O pay, short call reserve 76hrs. Hurt me, beat me, make me write bad checks!

Really, ask yourself, why would I want to EVER vote for the NIC? So that I can go back to 4-5 legs a day on a narrow body AB, with a THOUSAND "youngsters" ahead of me FOREVER?, at least, with respect with my airline "forever". Screw you, you may eventually be able to make it happen, Lord knows, the World has gotten to be a very strange place, but I will never "put the gun" to my head!

Low pay to the last day, verses the NIC!

He is under the Munn spell!!! dazed, confused and stupid. Could you imagine having to work with this ahole, wonder if he opens his mouth in the crew room and tells everyone we should take the NIC, bet not.

Actually he does... Flies to PHX a lot.

You're under some kind of spell that makes you OK with LOA93 for the rest of your career. Alaska, Delta, United, FO's make 20 Grand a year more that your TOS captains....think about that. You're temper tantrum is going to cost you millions. Doug Thanks you profusely for your absolute emotional immaturity.

Excuse me, who is suing who?
Seems to me that a never ending stream of lawsuits has kept the LCC pilots from any progress in contract negotiations.
First, the westies. Then, the company....Now, the westies again. Sheesh.
Anyway, why worry about it now? It's too late to negotiate a new contract now, even if you drop the suit.
Merger's back on, this'll all be settled very soon.
Cheers.

You are the idiot, you little kids have crippled your own group, stagnation ring a bell your top guys could have been on widebodys and remember you are the second lowest paid in the industry. Enjoy, and the best is no NIC for you. Now you run along and go write another check to Marty.

I think there will be plenty of check writing until the APA takes the US out of USAPA.

Here's a few quotes of what our pilots think of your "union" after they read the APA's update:

"I hate that USAPA steals 2.45% of my pay for absolutely nothing in return. They lack the ability to even think about creating a informative update like APA."

"USAPA can't die quick enough"

"they heard the death knell ringing...... the last thing they want to do is educate their people."

"Keep lying, keep denying, keep stealing those upgrades."

"Thieves, Bullies, thugs."

"They are far too busy stabbing each other in the back, devising some laughable plan to sweeten the MOU, and plotting their strategy to screw the West pilots."

"We banded together and did not turn on each other. We pooled our resources and have defeated a financially superior force."

Well if the scab union didn't feel the need to violate the law with impunity, there wouldn't need to be the lawsuits. But you can't fix stupid, but you can hold it's head under the LOA93 waterline until it dies.

Do you not realize that most of the east pilots are looking forward to having APA as their union? But USAPA has indeed kept the west from stealing the east jobs and for that I applaud them!

EXACTLY!

Few, if any, on the east will either miss or mourn the demise of USAPA when APA takes over.

For the life of me, I don't know why you westholes think saying that upsets us.

I agree, I can't wait till USAPA is gone, Hummel, Bradford, Streble and Ray are so corrupt it makes me sick, just protecting their 200,000 plus salary at our expense, I can't wait till it all comes out. Geez who in their right mind gives up C of C and scope for nothing in return not to mention all the money left on the table.

Careful, you are talking about over 75% of our voting members doing just that! But fear not, the merger is dead and your COC and code share are secure (regional scope flying was actually improved in the MOU, so sad that gain is lost.) I look forward to our new team on the BPR in CLT (working with their BFFs in PHX) correcting all this. Now absent the merger, I am sure they will show us who is boss. Retro pay "just because" and bending Parker over the hard way to get MOU comparable pay raises. I think Courtney and Frear also already have a deal with one of the local banks to cash in our COC and code share for a 100K cash payout to each of our pilots. Good times ahead, good times. RR

Real men of genius who negotiated less than what the company offered.
And what have you done to try and improve things for anyone? Your push with Chip to recall the CLT reps doesn't count.....that was not a positive thing for the pilot group, just more traitor tactics. You just sit back and complain all the time. breeze

And that's what makes me sick with this pilot group, spineless and stupid, They have not learned from LOA93, but like I always say majority rules, "good times ahead" I hope but doubtful, we love giving stuff away for nothing in return.

Your view of our own pilots is shared. Look at the voter turnout on the opening CLT elections. Being uninformed is bad enough. Not bothering to vote is disgraceful. A few random thoughts, not directed at you. Mowery was NOT on the BPR when LOA 93 came down, he had no vote. And Brookman and Mowery, when they had a vote, were two that did NOT vote away our retirements. The PIT and PHL rustheads voted DOWN LOA 93. CLT put it over the top. And my favorite post read tonight was the well intentioned guy saying he saved the "screen" of his vote on LOA 93. We had no such voting. It was paper! So old, so far gone, I have trouble putting it all together. But the lack of involvement by our own speaks to the results. RR
