Claxon is Mike Cleary.

Out on medical. That is why he is here all the time. He has said he does not work here but has incredible amount of inside information of people and documents not to be an insider.

Mike Cleary whacko.

I think you are Chip Munn

I'm sure the Empire guys would have been real happy making F28 pay for 10 years.

I see....so, by implication; stapling them all beneath the most recently arrived Piedmont pilot, was actually just done out of pure kindness, and to demonstrate a great deal of concern and respect for them as "fellow pilots"? 😉 Sigh!....You truly just can't make this kind of stuff up.

How is eddie chandler doing these days. Parker had franke as a mentor, the west pilots had eddie, the Ansette pilot replacement.

"Chandler, Edward AFAP 89 America West Scab Export Operation"

at 6:20 into the video america west pilot eddie will tell you in his 25 years of flying he has never worked for such a fine operation as Ansette.

What was done to the Empire pilots was wrong.

They should have been slotted by equipment and status.

What did daddy do about it. Did he step up and say it was wrong, no, he had his and this is the perfect example of what was the downfall of the profession. Bradford, King and many more brave pilots said no more.

Now you got yours and expect others to pay for it. Apple amongst the roots of the tree. Seniority by injection, figure it out.

I found this picture of Claxon at work.

Clax, you are not out of line.

What the PI pilots did as a group did to the Empire pilots was obsene. They should all be held accountable, but no more one than the other.

Empire should have been merged DOH with fences and restrictions. Based on what the Empire guys brought to the table those fences could have been 10-20 years (reference Republic and NWA). Ironic, even 20 year fences would be long gone now.

DOH rules, always. Its the fences and restrictions that take care of the details.

The greedy West Class could have easily gotten 7 or 8 year fences and DOH. There are a few hundred senior guys in PHX wondering why they cannot bid a widebody now. NIC or nothing equals Nothing.

Greeter
Check your facts dude. Try and keep up with the lies usapa is telling.

In court Shamanski said only 60-80 west pilots could hold a WB spot. Far from your over blow claim of a few hundred.

Btw you have had your 8 years fence. It is time to use the Nicolau now.

I read this and Metroyets supposed answer to where the MOU is a JCBA. Metroyet quotes an AMR filing question and answer. The one he cited as AMR ganging up on USAPA.
It is NOT a quote from the MOU by any stretch. It carries the same intent of Siegle in DFR 2. A push by a party that has a financial interest in the mess getting cleared up. Siegle gave an extremely biased and incorrect testimony in Silvers court. He has no idea about RLA law.
What Metroyet quoted as fact was NOT from the MOU.
Where is it in the MOU Metroyet? You lied when you purported that post as being part of the MOU and fact. It was merely a speculation by an outside party.
Really. The guy that nearly ever airline calls with RLA question has no idea about RLA.

But you do?

Tell me. What experience does Shamanski have with RLA? What other airlines has Shamanski worked for?

That ain't gonna happen without a court order Speedy.

Because people say that the reason we are here now is that we ignored binding arbitration, but in reality it is because there was not a good enough contract offer to accept the Nic. DOH was never even negotiated between USAPA and the company, right?

I believe that absent a merger the company would not have made an offer good enough for east guys to accept the Nic, if it was unaltered.

Agree completely, well said

WOW. You have a CONTINENTAL problem with the Ansett people don't you. What an angry little woman you must be. While the Ansett people are listed on the Master Scab list, I would think we'd have the FREEDOM to be done with these fruitless discussions. Have a great day Cupcake.

Cactusboy53 dave simmons thinks the nic is fair. I wonder why?

That's very eloquent. And in Nicolau's words, yet!

I hope our APA counterparts are paying attention. I imagine some are.

While the Ansett people are listed on the Master Scab list,......

"Ansett people"...? By which you actually mean, but would color otherwise, the AWA pilots who scabbed there, and are properly and forever shown on the Master Scab list? 🙂
