I'm not somewhere where the internet connection is secure, so I don't want to login to any site I consider secure ie company, bank, even union. Thanks for the insult though.

Bean

Then wait until you have a secure connection to get the answer.

You don't want us to check your bank balances and post them online, do you?

" US Airline
Pilots Association’s seniority proposal does not breach its duty of fair representation
provided it is supported by a legitimate union purpose. This judgment is binding on the
following class: “All pilots employed by US Airways in September 2008 who were on the
America West seniority list on September 20, 2005.”
Here is a silly thing to post Mike.

Your entire premise of usapa is that binding does not mean binding. That someone or a group gets to decide if something is binding. So according to usapa's theory the judges order is not really binding on the west class we can just ignore it like you want to ignore binding arbitration.

Explanation is on the USAPA web site. I "heard" comment you made is being a lame, victim type, excuse for being lazy.
Mike are you ready to give up your lie that you don't even work for us airways yet?

Ready to admit you are full of crap?

If you don't work for us airways and are not a member of usapa how would you know what is on the usapa web site?

He claims he worked at NWA and now Delta. Remember that SLI? It followed the Nic. Principles to the letter. Something USAPA, to this day, has refused to acknowledge.

Much like using 25 year old videos, 25+ year old news articles about drug running, making the intimation that we are the only holders of "scabs", and using only selected pieces of the ninth's & Silver's orders to make micro-points of your argument. Soon, Cupcake. Very soon this will be all done. The question? What will your reaction be?

C'mon, I tried to share the laughs with the Audi video. Now you want to see my bank balance? Just can't get enough laughter can you 🙂

Saw the money allocation in my e-mail. It would have been nice to see everyone get a full share, but I was impressed that it seemed USAPA tried to do the right thing. I'm well aware there is a lot of infighting in the union. Anyhoo, kudos to giving a share to the furloughed and LTD pilots, and to full shares for the military and probationary pilots.

The definition of a Claxon is a horn or something that makes a loud noise. He certainly is quick to toot his own horn and pat Cleary on the back every chance he gets. Every time Claxon posts, Mike follows with a plus 1. He remarks on how great of a job Mike did as Supreme Leader of the Politburo.

Claxon has way too much time on his hands. Interesting that MC has a lot of time on his hands now while sitting on the sidelines.

Claxon, Cleary both make a lot of noise, who's listening?

Bean, I was there. The reps had worked long and hard and in some cases had a few heated exchanges over this issue. The reps really tried to come to a fair agreement. Among other things the LTD folks would garner an offset because of this so why give them full shares? Others , like the new hires did not even vote on this money ( signing bonus ).
Another issue was that the company and the union said in the MOU and roadshows that the average pilot could expect about a 9 to 10K sum because of this. This was without the hindsight of how many new hires would be here. If everyone gets a full piece of the 40mil then the average pilot share would be lowered and then the entire group would feel shorted. The reps tried to give the fairest distribution possible with numerous constraints to deal with. They probably debated this issue over 8 hours total so I would hope everyone would feel that the end result is one that was vetted thoroughly and compromised fairly.

Why are you worried about where he works when you will not disclose where you work? Hippocrit.
