Such drama? Do you ever get tired of lying to your fellow west pilots? nic? damages? upgrades in the west?

Everyone else is at fault but you, you're a victim?

Actually it was the victim mindset which led to the shortsighted ideals and shallow thought process which brought us an association known as USAPA.

The USAPA message was get back in line, nice try alpa.

john mcIlvenna, mitch vasilino, eric "greaseball" ferguson, your leaders, are all f/o's?

Angry f/o's? You made them your leaders? You are not victims, you are imbeciles.

ferguson lie;

"In the meantime, the incessant clanging from the gong known as “USAPA Communications” regarding what has been deliberately and misleadingly categorized as “identity theft” is no doubt far more annoying to most of you than it is even to me and my fellow accused pilots."

I wonder why the company would pay back wages to pilots if they were guilty of ID theft? That's because Mikey & co manufactured a problem which ended up being another fundraiser for Leonidas. Much like the Cactus 18 fiasco that went nowhere.

Gee...I dunno! Perhaps, well...even just maybe, gosh who could ever imagine, because they were covering their own, otherwise reasonably liable arses with smoke and mirror tricks? Oh look!...See...nothing wrong here/trust us/no company officers involved here because we're sayin' nuthin' much really happened!/etc? 😉 Properly firing your little band of thieving, village idiots would've amounted to a tacit confession of their own culpability, ie: how did these low-life-slimeballs ever get that data in the first place? Company "security" protocols were entirely inadequate, and essentially subject to "hacking" by even the lowest echelons of complete idiots....or/etc?...Or did that never even occur to any of you paradigms of "Integrity"? Next question would be: Why would the company pay for Lifelock for thousands of pilots effected by the west's typically high-smellin-an'-low-down BS, while they were concocting up their best possible smoke-and-mirrors brew? If they'd felt themselves bulletproof and knew nothing to be wrong....Why waste that money? And yes, the correct term for your referenced, village idiots is indeed thieves,...unless both you and the company are now willing to publicly come forward with evidence that the data was willingly and knowingly handed, by the company, to your merry band. Good luck with that ever happening, for the reasons stated above.

Per The Joke of the Day?: I find it most amusing that you would ever stoop so low as to absurdly attempt any "moral" justification for yourselves through management's actions, or lack thereof. 🙂

PS: When your self-styled..umm...err..."supreme commander" of your little "army" wrote a rambling reference towards his possibly having to make, and I quote; "the supreme sacrifice", when all that was at stake was just a friggin' job!?...Well...my eyes almost flooded with tears for that poor, noble "spartan". Just FYI; such terms were established for the sacrifice of one's very life in battle....not for any whining, pathetic infants lost in Fantasyland, and merely fretting over some dang job. Don't ever wonder from whence both the laughter and properly disgusted contempt comes from....Just sayin'....

Parker does not have the stones to stand up to a mob with torches threatening to burn the place down.

His solution?

He grabbed a pacifier called Lifelock and stuck it into USAPA's mouth.

We share some conservative views so do you really believe that USAPA has any moral justification for targeting West pilots repeatedly with false charges?

USAPA a schoolyard bully who needs to get it's a$$ kicked.

Perhaps you "missed" this part?: Properly firing your little band of thieving, village idiots would've amounted to a tacit confession of their own culpability, ie: how did these low-life-slimeballs ever get that data in the first place? I'm not any representative of the union, nor even wholly support it in it's presently twisted form, but, when you reference "get it's a$$ kicked"/and, by extension, presumably that of all evil easties, well...my wager's always open to any/all "spartans". 🙂

Btw: I'm not any true semblance of a conservative (as currently defined), in that I believe in Freedom and the Rights of the individual citizen....Likewise the personal responsibilities of the citizenry, which, imo, mostly amounts to being willing to defend the Nation, provide for themselves and families, and otherwise, respectfully leave people alone to live their lives as they wish. Neither "conservative" nor supposedly "liberal" sides of the political machinery evidence even the slightest notions towards those simple concepts anymore.

Likewise, I don't hold any position with Leonidas but support their efforts in righting an injustice. Having friends who are East pilots, I know we are worlds apart. Fine, let's fight it out in court and debate it here. Lynyrdskynrd is a Cactus 18er caught up in the Cactus18 net. You've read his posts, he's a moderate. It's a good thing USAPA caught fish like him because many of us would have owned USAPA with a countersuit. Quite frankly, I wish they would have pursued this avenue but for whatever reason they did not.

Understood. Where we differ, to obvious extremes, is in even imagining that opposition to placing any new hires ahead of people who've earned their way through 17 more years of continuous service could ever be termed any "injustice". I find the very idea of even wishing to support such an obscenity as would do that to be morally unconsionable.

No matter,...why, if homo sapiens ever collectively saw life and the world in the same light...what "fun" would be left for us? Heck!...No more wars/etc...Group hug and cue up John Lennon's "Imagine"....and/or John Denver's "I Want to Live" 🙂 ...Whilst bypassing the latter's "I am the Eagle" 😉

If it were a perfect world and both companies were of equal size, had no furloughes, formed at similar times I could also see your point. We each had an opportunity to present our arguments to a third party. It was very complicated that's the reason we paid someone to be the decider. This person brought to the table by East pilots.

We agreed to abide by the results prior to the outcome. Could you understand why West pilots would feel cheated when the East wanted a do-over? Forming an association with it's goal of evasion was spelled out in the Bradford letter. I would not consider evasion a legitimate union purpose.
