None of the USAPA mouthpieces here has yet explained what their Plan B is if they are not successful in voting out ALPA. They have proven they are unwilling to accept a legal verdict that doesn't go their way.

I mean a viable plan B during mediation would have avoided all of this heartburn.

Does the east even bother with filing alternates when they fly, or do they keep shooting the same approach until they run out of gas and blame it on a conspiracy between the sky and gravity? 😛

The Sandcastle crowd are fully aware of the two group's mutual hostility, and will take the fullest advantage of that via any JNC negotiations.

You give yourself alot of credit. The only hostility I've seen is on this message board and it pales in comparison to the hostility the USAPA leaders will face when they send out the first $3000 assesments to cover their mounting legal bills. ALPA will be back on property before the ink dries on the USAPA "konstitution".

As recent memory serves? No sir, my point is this. If USAPA took power yesterday the third party arbitration is NOT retro active Mr. Phoenix!! Sure in future mergers you could attempt to invoke DOH as your merger policy but what happens when you merge with a bigger ALPA carrier that pushes this extreme to arbitration or worse law suit?????? We already know that the extreme position doesn't work.
