I do, but apparently Trump didn't. Or at least that what he's told folks at rallys. Because the only words Republicans like better that "tax cut" are "permanent tax cut". He doesn't mention Congress when he says it...he didn't mention it in the clip i posted of him SAYING it. It's what they call a "lie"...Saying something he knows isn't true. But....our liar in chief has this knack of telling his supporters that "Those loser democrats in Congress wouldn't approve it..". And they'll believe it.

Interesting the "clairification" came on 8/13...The clip I showed was from August 12. And it wasn't Trump saying it...it was the ADMINISTRATION saying it 'despite' Trumps vow.

*** Edited to add - I just saw this right after I finished my response Why he DOES have a plan...get rid of the Social Security Trust and fund it from the General Fund that currently has a TRILLION dollar deficit. So cut the tax that was funding SS and cut the taxes that fund the General Fund...then ADD social Security to the General Fund. Gosh...it's getting easier to see how this genius took 3 casinos, a holding company and an airline into bankruptcy. His newest book will be "The Art of the Fail".

We will make the tax cut permanent after we are elected. And The thing is this....when it doesn't happen, Trump will BLAME someone. Obama didn't blame. Trump does. Trump will.

We are going to repeal and replace Obamacare with a really great plan...one that covers everybodyl...and will cost so much less. Meanwhile...you're still bitching about Obamacare. He didn't need a single Democrat to make it happen...but it didn't happen....and somehow - it's the Democrats fault.

Hate to break it to you, they been robbing SS for quite some time for the general fund....think your fav prez, tricky dicky sanctioned it, haven't heard of anyone else reversing it, though.

Yes indeed they have...but what Trump is telling his supporters that HE will do is to eliminate the funding for SS so there is nothing left to raid, but he's still going to add it to the geneal fund and shoot for a TWO trillion dollar deficit. If he's reelected, we might as well rename the country Trump so he feels more at home bankrupting it.

NO they wouldn't. "Obamacare" (I still think Trump is unaware that it is call the Affordable Care Act) was pretty much a page out of the Heritage Foundations playbook...but they sure as hell haven't embraced it.
