US Airways execs ink compensation pacts
The Business Journal of the Greater Triad Area
US Airways Group Inc. Chief Executive Doug Parker and other senior executives have signed new compensation agreements with the airline to provide benefits in the event of a takeover or a merger that involves more than 50 percent of the voting power of the company.
Under the agreements, top executives of the Tempe, Ariz.-based airline (NYSE:LCC) are entitled to payments equal to at least twice their annual base salaries, or 200 percent for President Scott Kirby and Chief Operating Officer Robert Isom, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Several executives previously had change-of-control pacts with the company.
US Airways has its largest hub at Charlotte/Douglas International Airport.

We've all giving so much to save this company. Its time for them to give something back to us. Instead they give to themselves with bonus packages.
I was always taught that if you give ,that gifts would return to you.

Mucho grande entertainment, on the bill:

The nth annual chugalug contest. The ultimate management labor struggle. You rampers better be in training because management has been practicing hard.

A DJ with only one song. 'In Heaven There is No Beer'.

The nth annual Goobersmooching Championship. The big fun is more goobersmoochers than tables to crawl under.

And of course the drive home. Losers get a weekend at the Maricopa County Bad Girls Home.
