Called CWA today-Some if not MOST stations DID NOT RECEIVE THEIR STEP RAISES_WTF is this company trying to do_?

Interesting. Has any reason been given? A delay perhaps? If it is something that is a contractural obligation, they can't just not give it. Something must be amiss.
 
Here is response that I was given....if you reread the agreement it reads as follows...

The contract reads, "Effective the first pay period following fifteen months from the first increase . . ."

The first increase was effective April 8, 2006, not April 1st as is being assumed below.

15 months from April 8, 2006 is July 8, 2007.

The first pay period following July 8, 2007 is July 16, 2007.

The 75% difference increase is effective July 16, 2007.

Also using the same logic, the "snap to scale increase" will be effective December 17, 2007.

So there it is in a nutshell to those who wanted to know...

yes, they flat ass couldnt spell out what the dollar amt would be.
